Chapter 228 Danny wakes up



He had just woken up from a deep coma and his consciousness was still a little fuzzy.

The pain from the mustard poison wreaking havoc in his body seemed to still be lingering in his body. Every inch of his skin felt as if it had been burned by fire, leaving a lingering stinging sensation.

His once strong fingers now only had piercing pain coming from the broken fingers. Excessive blood loss made his body extremely weak, his lips were cracked and chapped, and his eyes revealed fatigue and fear.

Warden Commons rushed to the infirmary after hearing the news that Danny had woken up.

Commons took a deep breath and answered the phone: "Hello."

A deep and authoritative voice came from the other end of the line: "Commons, how is Danny doing now? We need to know what exactly happened in northern Myanmar."

Commons glanced at Danny, then said into the phone, "He just woke up and is still very weak. But don't worry, we will do our best to take care of him. I'm also trying to find out more about what's happening in northern Myanmar."

After saying that, he put his phone aside, turned on the speakerphone, sat on the chair beside the bed, and prepared to listen to Danny's account of what had happened.
