Chapter 32 Showing Off Your Baby (Part 2)

It was obvious that both of them lacked experience in dealing with rebellious children.

"Ah! At least you taught your child a lesson and found the feeling of being a father. I have wanted to beat my son since he can remember. I think this is what a father should do. In the end, I, as a father, have brought shame to myself."

Zeng Mishan felt depressed when he thought of this. He kept saying that he would beat his son every day because he was threatened by his grandfather in the same way when he was a child.

I remember when I was a child, the rattan branches were as thick as my fingers. My grandfather would break several of them in a month. I grew up being beaten all the way, and that’s how I became who I am today.

Zeng Mishan strongly agrees with the saying that “no training, no success”, and traditional craftsmanship cannot be lost!

The weird thing is, after becoming a father, beating your son becomes just empty talk, because your eyes are full of love and doting. You hold your son in your hands for fear of dropping him, and hold him in your mouth for fear of him melting.

Thinking of this, Zeng Mishan couldn't help but vent his anger and began to list all the bad deeds of his son:

"Kids these days are getting more and more unreasonable as they grow older! Ever since my son got a cell phone, he's been clutching it all day long. You can tell him 10,000 things, but he'll find 20,000 more to refute you."

"My second son is the same. How does your son refute you?" The eldest son Yi was curious.

Zeng Mishan grumbled helplessly, "He can refute me with all kinds of reasons until I'm speechless. As soon as I yelled that I wanted to beat him up, he would first ask me why and who I was."

"Your son is very brave. My daughter would never dare to talk to me like that. How did you answer?" asked Yi Danren.

"I said I'm your father, I can beat you however I want."

"Hahaha...that's pretty direct. Your son will definitely not be convinced, right?"

"Of course he wasn't convinced. He told me arrogantly, 'Dad, if you can't give me a proper reason today, I'll do the same to you when you're old.'"

"Haha, that's what a man would say. But your son is right. You have to have a reason to beat him up!"

"Of course I did. I told him that if you don't make progress every day and just play with your phone, your grades will drop sooner or later and you'll become nearsighted. I beat you to teach you a lesson. Guess what he said?"

"What did your son say?"

"He said you can talk to me when someone in the class surpasses me in academic performance. As for damaging your eyesight due to phone use, it doesn't matter whether you wear glasses or not. You've already passed on the gene to me anyway."

"Hahaha...your kid has quite the personality!" Boss Yi said with a laugh.

"Alas! For years I've been waiting for his grades to drop so I could give him a fair beating. Turns out this brat is actually quite capable. I still haven't used the thorn stick his grandfather left behind. It makes me both depressed and relieved."

"Your son is pretty good. My second son probably inherited my temper. He got a black belt in Taekwondo at the age of 14 and loves to help others. Anyway, I've attended a lot of parent-teacher conferences."

"It's the same. My son has caused me a lot of trouble too. He doesn't like liberal arts and falls asleep during politics and history classes. When the teacher punishes him, he punishes the teacher. Then during the mock exam, he handed in a blank politics paper, but still got the highest score in the grade. The politics teacher was so angry that he wanted to resign, saying he had never suffered such humiliation in his life."

Hearing this, Boss Yi curled his lips and felt a little unhappy. It sounded like the brat from Old Zeng's family was showing off again.

"Then the political teacher didn't invite you to the parent-teacher meeting?" Ito Jin was curious.

"I'm too embarrassed to go! Luckily, my son's high school principal knows me. He went to the political science teacher and told him to ignore my son. He also said that the Chinese and history teachers had already been humiliated and shouldn't take it to heart. You should regroup and train a good student to defeat him. The best way is to win."

"Stop it! I don't believe you! You're getting more and more ridiculous. I'm telling you, spoiling a child too much is a bad thing. If you can't control him now, there will be plenty of people who will discipline him for you once he enters society."

Upon hearing this, Zeng Mishan's expression froze a little. Parents are the best teachers for their children, and Zeng has his own set of methods on how to educate them.

Now that I have no news from him, my son's personality and habits will change. If no one guides him, with his almost monstrous talent, he may do something shocking.

His face was a little pale, and the more Zeng Mishan thought about it, the more he felt that his premonition would not be wrong.

"What's wrong, Lao Zeng? You don't look well." Yi Danren frowned and asked with concern.

"I overlooked one thing!" Zeng Mishan looked very serious.

"What's the matter?" Ito Ren looked at him in confusion.

"My son might become a demon!" Zeng Mishan said, and his whole state became bad, because no one knows a son better than his father.

"What do you mean?" Ito Ren stared at him seriously.

Rubbing his face, Zeng Mishan trembled a little and said, "I have cultivated a habit in my son since he was young, that is to do what he likes, not caring about what others think, but only seeking proof and self-affirmation."

"He has been well educated. What's the big deal?" Yi Danren still didn't understand Zeng Mishan's worries.

"What if he wants to find me? No one can stop him. He will try every possible way to prove that he can do it, which means he will fight with Commons..." Zeng Mishan's voice suddenly rose. This was what he was worried about.

"Fuck! Your son won't do anything to find you, right? If so, he'll learn from me and resort to violence." Boss Yi is indeed an experienced person, and he understood everything immediately.

Sixteen is a rebellious age, and children of this age tend to go to extremes. They cannot control their impulses, but the image established by their parents helps them maintain a good balance.

This is why most young criminals are left-behind children.
