Chapter 519 I Miss You Every Night
Ever since Gu Jingxi noticed that Meng Jinyao was often anxious, he tried to come home as early as possible every day, and as soon as he got home, he would spend time with her. When he had time off, he would take her out to play, giving her more companionship and care, and often praising her.
Little Gu Wanwan has been neglected lately. When her father comes home, he gives her a perfunctory hug and then goes to cling to her mother. Her mother is occupied by her father and has no time to spend with him.

Meng Jinyao suppressed a laugh: "Go ahead."
After saying that, Meng Jinyao followed him into the room, had a maid bring in water for him to wash his hands, and then personally helped him change into a clean set of clothes. She then coaxed him softly, "My husband is the most magnanimous. He won't hold a grudge against Wanwan, right?"
Gu Jingxi chuckled softly: "Then you've guessed wrong, Ayao. Your husband is the most petty of men. Remember this debt for now, and we'll settle it when he grows up."
Meng Jinyao looked surprised, then asked, "How do you plan to get it back?"

And so, Gu Wanwan was once again held by her wet nurse as she watched her parents leave home to enjoy their time together. She was still unaware of what was happening when her parents left. After being fed by her wet nurse, she fell asleep soon afterward.
Around midnight, the couple returned home, checked on their son with the wet nurse, and saw that he was sleeping soundly. They then went to the clean room to bathe and prepare for bed.

Qingqiu and Zhou Yun's wedding date is set for June 28th, after Yu Chuan and Chan'er's wedding date, which is June 5th.
