Chapter Seventeen Live Broadcast

The screen was flooded with comments like, "I'll give you three seconds, I want all the information about this woman!" which made them laugh out loud. They really didn't expect her fans to still remember Zhizhi.

Lan Xin readily admitted, "That's right, it's her. She's now back home starting her own business, opening a restaurant. The food is really good, you should come and try it if you have the chance."

At this moment, Tao Zhizhi was bringing out all the dishes. Lan Xin first showed the fans the full picture, and then picked up a separate plate to show it off.

It has to be said that Lan Xin's presentation had fans in front of the screen screaming with excitement, with comments like "Eat it now!!!" and "I can't take it anymore!" flooding the screen.

Lan Xin smiled slyly. In fact, she was almost unable to contain herself. She had never imagined that Zhizhi's cooking skills could be so exquisite after only two weeks apart!

She took a small bite of the camphor tea duck, and the crispy texture burst in her mouth. The fresh aroma of herbs and wood mixed with the fragrance of the oil under the duck skin, making it so delicious that she wanted to swallow her tongue.

After letting her fans taste each dish, Lan Xin focused on eating, ignoring the barrage of comments and gifts from her big fans. She ate one bite after another, unable to stop.

[Blueberry Firecrackers: Blueberries—Hey! Look at us!]

[Earning 100,000 a month and then changing my name: It's obvious that I'm really enjoying the blueberries, I didn't even look up at us once (* ̄ー ̄)]

[echo: This is the first time I've seen blueberries like this. Are they really that delicious?]

[Completely ignorant: This is fake eating. How could there be such a delicious restaurant that it needs a livestreamer to attract viewers?]

Several such questioning comments appeared in the live chat, but they were quickly pushed down by Blueberry's fans.

[Yu Er is very satisfied: This blueberry meal looks so familiar, I think I had it for lunch.]

At noon, Yu Er was all set to grab a takeout order, using the speed of someone trying to snag a concert ticket. After eating and drinking her fill, she started watching her favorite live streams.

The food at Lan Xin's place looked increasingly familiar, and she realized it was the same food she had ordered that day, now presented on pretty plates.

So she excitedly flooded the live chat with several comments:

[Yu Er is very satisfied: This restaurant is absolutely delicious!!!]

[Yu Er is very satisfied: I've personally experienced it, and it's exactly the same as Blueberry's current state!]

[Yu Er is very satisfied: Absolutely amazing!!!]

[Yu Er is very satisfied: That camphor tea duck smells so good it makes my mouth water!!!]

[Berry Sundae: Address!!!]

[Yu Er is very thorough: Qingshui City, a small warm food stall!]

Lan Xin finally finished eating and noticed that her live stream was still going on. Her eyes widened, and she chuckled, "My dear fans, I'm sorry, I just couldn't hold back."

"You absolutely have to try this! Words fail me when it comes to blueberries; I can't find the right adjectives to describe how delicious they are. Seriously! They're incredibly delicious!!!"

After dinner, Lan Xin chatted with her fans for a while. She glanced around the small shops and, seeing that there weren't many people there, took out her phone and showed her fans around.

Fu Jue: I'm a customer too...

Lan Xin spent more time in the courtyard decorated by Nature, allowing fans to see the entire courtyard more clearly.

The exquisitely designed location definitely resonated with many girls, who expressed in the comments that they wanted to take photos at the Warm Food Shop!

Several fans in Qingshui were very proactive and decided to meet for dinner at a warm food stall.

Things always keep happening one after another. Just as Lan Xin's live stream ended, two people were standing outside the shop, there to apply for a job as a kitchen helper.

Men dressed in blue polo shirts and plain white t-shirts stood on either side of the door, looking the food stall up and down before walking straight in. Their deep voices carried undisguised contempt: "Which one of you is the owner?"

Tao Zhizhi had not received any private messages on the job posting platform not long ago. The two people were aggressive and seemed more like they were there to cause trouble than to apply for a job. Their eyes were not fixed on anything, and they looked around the small shop from top to bottom repeatedly, with a casual demeanor.

Tao Zhizhi frowned slightly and replied coldly, "I'm the boss."

They shifted their gaze to Tao Zhizhi, their eyes clouded and a malicious smile playing on their lips.

"Beautiful boss, we're here to apply for the job."

Tao Zhizhi tensed up, feeling uncomfortable, and her tone became even colder. She led Su Bai to a table to the side, where they sat facing each other.

Lan Xin was leisurely drinking mung bean soup in the shop when she noticed that the two people who came with ill intentions crossed her arms and stood protectively next to Tao Zhizhi.

"Please introduce yourself and tell me about your abilities."

The man in the polo shirt stroked his hair with his left hand and raised an eyebrow: "I'm Lin Ming. I used to run a restaurant twice the size of yours. The people there couldn't appreciate my cooking skills. I ran it for three years, but the landlord raised the rent, which I didn't want to do. Now I'm just enjoying my family life at home. I've been so bored lately that I came out to find something to do, and wouldn't you know it, I took a liking to your shop at first sight, beautiful lady."

"Although you're looking for a kitchen helper, I hope you'll let me be the head chef. My abilities are beyond question."

The man's overconfident demeanor made Tao Zhizhi physically uncomfortable; she didn't even want to look at him, turning her gaze away.

"Why don't you introduce yourself?"

"Hey, my name is Li Yi. We've been partners for years. Every customer who's eaten my food raves about it. I'm a master at running a business. Hire me, and beautiful lady, you can just stay home and count your money."

The man in the white t-shirt flashed what he thought was a handsome crooked smile, raised his head at Tao Zhizhi, and winked confidently.

Su Bai couldn't control his expression for a moment, and his face turned ugly.

"What's with that expression on your face, you waiter? You think you can look down on us?"

The man in the polo shirt pointed angrily at Su Bai, as if he was about to slap her.

Tao Zhizhi immediately stood up, pulled Su Bai away, and refused the two of them with a sharp look and an unfriendly tone:

"You do not meet my requirements. I only hire kitchen helpers, not head chefs or managers. Please look for other jobs."

The man in the white t-shirt couldn't sit still any longer, his face contorted with rage: "You'll have to confess today, whether you like it or not."

"If you don't hire us, we'll sit right outside the shop and chase away anyone who comes, and see if you can still keep operating!"

As the two glared at each other, a cold, clear voice forcefully interrupted the scene:

"Boss Tao, do you think I'm suitable?"

Fu Jue twisted his wrist, speaking as he applied for the job, his icy gaze fixed on the two men. His 186cm height was extremely imposing. With hundreds of employees under his command, Fu Jue's powerful aura was not something ordinary people could withstand.
