What was served on the table were steamed corn bread and pickled vegetable bangzi.

Lu Ming said embarrassedly: "No, I'm just greedy."

"Do you have no meat tickets? My grandma has some. Ask her to get you two." Han Jiateng said.

Although they are still young, they all know that they need tickets to buy meat.

"No need to take it." Lu Ming shook his head, "Even if you take it, it won't go into our stomachs."

"What do you mean?" We didn't understand.

Lu Shuang said, "Whatever delicious food and drinks we have at home, my grandma took them away and gave them to our aunt. We have nothing to eat. If the meat coupons are given to us, they will probably be taken away by our grandma."

As they were talking, Jiang Qian and Gu Yunlan came back from get off work.

Gu Yunlan's face was also a little pale, but she just put on some powder to pretend that it was pale. She was different from her children who were pale and skinny!

"Let's go home." Gu Yunlan greeted her children.

"Oh." The brother and sister lost their spirits when they heard they had to go home.

"Yunlan, don't be in a hurry to go back. We made too much fish soup today, so I left a bowl for you. Drink it before you leave." Han's mother stopped her.

"Mom, the fish soup is delicious. Drink it first before you go back." Lu Ming and Lu Shuang said immediately.

Gu Yunlan smiled, "Then I won't be polite to you, Auntie."

"You're welcome."

She drank a bowl of fish soup and had some pancakes here, and after eating, the mother and her two children went back together.

On the way home, Gu Yunlan said, "You are not allowed to come to the Han family to eat casually anymore. Do you understand? Food is scarce in every household. It is very rude of you to do this."

"Grandma Han called us to eat." The brother and sister said hurriedly.

"Just eat when I tell you to?"

"We are so hungry." Lu Ming lowered his head, and Lu Shuang's eyes were red. "Yes, we are so hungry that we can't stand it."

"Mom is hungry too, but what can we do? Your grandma sent all the delicious food to your aunt. But never mind, your grandma loves you too." Gu Yunlan comforted.
