We arrived at our destination around 4pm.

Han Shiguo carried the luggage and got off the car with Jiang Qian.

As soon as he got off the train, Jiang Qian shivered at the cold air blowing in his face. "So cold?"

It's still over 10 degrees in my hometown, but here it's probably only 6 or 7 degrees!

I didn’t feel it that much on the train, but now that I’ve gotten off the train the temperature difference is huge!

But Han Shiguo knew it, so before getting off the car, he wrapped her up like a dumpling and said with a smile: "Do you want to put on more clothes?"

"I won't be able to walk if I wear more." Jiang Qian glared at him with a smile. It was only when she got off the car that she felt her face was a little cold, but after covering her face with the scarf, she didn't feel it after a while. She really didn't feel cold at all.

"Okay, let's go out. Lao Ma should be waiting for us." Han Shiguo smiled.

Jiang Qian nodded, and as the couple walked out of the station, someone called them.

"Shiguo!"

The old Ma that Han Shiguo mentioned is actually named Ma Zhongguo. The first thing he did was notice Han Shiguo's towering height and he quickly called him.

Han Shiguo also saw him, turned to Jiang Qian and said with a smile: "Wife, over there."

Jiang Qian nodded.

After the two sides met, Han Shiguo smiled and introduced his wife to Ma Zhongguo, "Old Ma, this is my wife, Jiang Qian. Wife, this is the comrade I told you about, Ma Zhongguo, you can just call him Old Ma."

Jiang Qian didn't call Lao Ma directly, she just smiled and said, "Thank you for coming to pick us up."

"Don't be polite, sister-in-law. I'll hold it for you." Ma Zhongguo took Jiang Qian's bag.

"Thank you." Jiang Qian thanked politely.

"You're welcome." Ma Zhongguo smiled and said as he led them out, "Come on, let's get in the car first. It might snow today. It wasn't this cold yesterday."

Han Shiguo looked at the sky and said, "I remember it snowed at this time last year."

"Of course not."

As we were talking, we saw the army’s vehicle.

Once in the car, the extremely cold wind outside was blocked out.

Jiang Qian sat in the back, Ma Zhongguo drove, and Han Shiguo sat in the passenger seat.

The two chatted along the way, and Han Shiguo would occasionally ask Jiang Qian if she felt uncomfortable or if she was carsick.

This level of care and concern even surprised his old comrade Ma Zhongguo. He thought, is this old comrade finally coming to fruition?

When they came out of the station, Jiang Qian covered her face with a scarf, and Ma Zhongguo could only see her eyes.
