Chapter 33 Being Stalked

Number One followed behind, groaning inwardly, "Why did this old man come to this damn place? There were so many poisonous snakes. Even though he had snake repellent on him, they still couldn't stop the blind snakes from crawling right in front of him and seeking death."

Unfortunately, the old man was very agile, so he failed to track him. After searching the area for a while, he didn't see him, so he had to go back and accept his punishment. This was the first time he had failed to track someone, especially an old man.

Tong Wen Yao was looking at the spring in the backyard in the space. The scene there was exactly the same as the scene outside. Guaiguai climbed up on her head and made a hissing sound. It was not until she saw a tree outside moving without wind that she realized that she was being followed. Fortunately, Guaiguai noticed it, otherwise, if it was someone who killed people for treasure, she would not even know how she died.

But she couldn't understand why someone would target an old man like her, with no money or sex. Tong Wenyao had no idea that her eyes betrayed her. If someone else saw her, they would definitely say it was an old man, but that person was Pei Guanyu. The original owner had liked to run into him and harass him before, so he recognized her.

After eating grapes in the space for a while and watering the pear tree seeds she had planted earlier, she flashed out of the space and climbed up the mountain with a wooden stick.

On the other side of the mountain, a team of five people was being surrounded by two cheetahs. Four of them were protecting the one in the middle. The cheetah growled and stared at the person who was surrounded.

"Old Zhu, what on earth did you take from them? Return them immediately, otherwise we will surely die." The person who spoke turned around and looked at him, only to see that he was holding a newborn leopard in his arms.

"Old Zhu, give the little leopard back to them quickly. You are trying to kill us!" After saying that, he turned around and made a move to snatch the little leopard away, but Old Zhu dodged to the side.

"Brother Wu, take this little leopard to sell, are you still worried about not having enough money? As long as the five of us work together, we will definitely drive away these two snow leopards." He looked excited and excited, with a face full of longing for the future, completely forgetting that he was in danger.

Upon hearing this, Wu Guang's face flew into a rage. "Zhu Yi, if you're looking for death, don't drag us down." Someone nearby spoke up, "Boss, Old Zhu is also thinking about us. Just think about how much money we could get if we sold us." Seeing the greed on his face, Wu Guang couldn't help but regret teaming up with them to find Xuelian. However, he quickly recovered and spoke bluntly, "If you want to sell this snow leopard, I won't stop you, but we're going our separate ways now. Those who want a piece of the action can stay here. If you don't want to die, follow me."

The three of them looked at each other and decided to follow Wu Guang. The remaining one was holding the snow leopard and the other was the person who just spoke.

Wu Guang watched the two snow leopards circling him. He told the three men behind him to find the right moment to follow him. With a roar, Wu Guang swung his axe. The snow leopards dodged nimbly, and he led the remaining three men out of the encirclement. A snow leopard stared at the three of them intently. Seeing that it hadn't taken their cub, it didn't chase after it, but instead circled the two others even more tightly.

At this time, Zhu Yi roared, "Wu Guang, you betrayed the moral principles of the escort agency and abandoned your brothers. When I get out, I will definitely report you to the escort leader. You will never be able to survive in the escort agency again."

He was truly terrified at that moment, afraid that he would have the money but not the life to spend it. But the snow leopard, seeing the opportunity was ripe, leaped nimbly, its claws slashing directly at his head. He quickly backed away, but couldn't avoid being scratched on the face. Bright red blood dripped down like beads, even the little leopard got some on it. It licked the blood on the back of its hand with its tongue and began to howl.

After seeing the blood, the snow leopard became even more excited, looking at them with eyes like prey. Meanwhile, the other one was already terrified, its legs trembling constantly, a fishy smell filled the air, and a puddle of water soaked the ground.

"Ah! Ah! Ah! I'll fight you!" His inner defenses, combined with the snow leopard's previous attack, had already broken him physically and mentally. He began swinging the axe recklessly, even wounding Zhu Yi, who was standing beside him. Terrified, Zhu Yi pushed him away. Seeing this, the snow leopard leaped and bit the vein in his throat. On the verge of death, he didn't think it was his fault, but instead blamed Wu Guang for not saving him.

The mad man was knocked down by another snow leopard and his arm was bitten off. The pain woke him up and he swung the axe at him. The snow leopard's front paw was injured, and he was bitten on the neck by another snow leopard until he died.

Before Wu Guang and his companions had gone far, they heard several screams. One of them even regretted leaving, but now he couldn't help but be glad that he had followed. After the snow leopard rescued the little leopard, it held the little leopard in its mouth and limped up the mountain.

Guaiguai climbed onto a rock, and below her was Tong Wenyao, who was panting. It must be said that this mountain was really high. They had only climbed one-third of the way up, and saw that Guaiguai did not continue to move forward, but instead climbed to the side. Although she was puzzled, she continued to follow Guaiguai.

Seeing Guaiguai stop at a cave, her eyes lit up. There was an antidote herb at the entrance, a good herb for snake poison. Without saying a word, she took out a small hoe and started digging. After digging, she put it in the space. Unfortunately, there were only a few plants, so she left one undigged. After waiting for a year or two, it would grow back here.

At that moment, two adult snow leopards, clutching their cubs, appeared from the only path leading into the cave, staring at her. A chill ran down her spine, and she swallowed. One of the leopards had a wounded foreleg. As the two sides engaged in battle, Guaiguai suddenly appeared before her, hissing and spitting out food. She watched from the side, seemingly engaged in a conversation with them.

After a while, she obediently gestured for her to make way for the snow leopard. The one in front took two tentative steps forward, and after confirming she was not dangerous, it quickly dived into the cave with the cub in its mouth. When the injured snow leopard behind her was about to go in, Tong Wenyao said, "You..." The leopard immediately growled softly and took a defensive stance, as if it would rush up and bite her neck if she approached.

Tong Wen Yao cleared her throat and tried to calm herself down, saying, "I have medicine that can cure the wound on your foot." Guaiguai hissed beside her, acting as a translator. After hearing this, the snow leopard was not as ferocious, but there was still a hint of vigilance in its eyes.
