Upon hearing this, Ke Gaoyang's face changed, like a cat whose tail was stepped on. He shouted at Mo Laishi, "Who are you? This is a hospital, is it your turn to talk nonsense? If your words delay the patient's treatment, can you bear the responsibility?"
A high hat was put directly on Morais' head.
Mo Laishi sneered, "You know very well whether I'm talking nonsense or not. In traditional Chinese medicine, lumbar dislocation only requires massage to correct it. Even in Western medicine, physical therapy plus some common medications can be used as auxiliary treatments. There's no need to use so-called expensive imported drugs."
Upon hearing this, the burly man immediately asked, "Doctor Ke, is what this gentleman said true?"
Ke Gaoyang's expression was as ugly as if he had eaten shit, but he still said stubbornly: "Don't listen to him. He hasn't even read the medical report, how can he know your mother's condition?"
Then, Ke Gaoyang turned to Mo Laishi and said, "Are you a relative of this patient? If not, please leave and don't interfere with my treatment of the patient."
Mo Laishi didn't intend to waste any more time talking to Ke Gaoyang. Instead, he said to the burly man, "If I'm not mistaken, your mother must have been injured in a fall. It's been at least a week since she fell, right?"
The burly man was a little incredulous when he heard this and quickly said, "How did you know? My mother did fall while feeding chickens in my yard. At first, it was just back pain. I used medicinal wine to rub her back, but it got worse and worse. After a week, she even had trouble getting out of bed."
"There was no doctor in our village, so we went to town, but they said they couldn't tell the diagnosis, so I had to carry her all the way to the city for treatment."
Mo Laishi nodded, confirming that this was a filial son.
In this case, he couldn't let this quack doctor deceive them.
"Your mother's injury is not a big deal. If you trust me, then take your mother to Jishidiang on Ermalu Road. I can make your mother fully recovered in just one day." Mo Laishi said with a smile.
But when Ke Gaoyang heard this, he became anxious. How could he let the fat meat in his mouth escape so easily?
"Hey, what's wrong with you? You're trying to steal the hospital's business? How can your crappy clinic compare with our big hospital? You'd better leave immediately, or I'll call security." Ke Gaoyang shouted.
Qiao Xun'er couldn't stand it any longer. She stood up from behind Mo Laishi, her face flushed as she said, "Our Jishiditang is not some crappy clinic. It's you, on the other hand, who's a complete liar. My grandfather spent a month in the hospital here, and his feet weren't healed. They even prescribed a bunch of irrelevant imported medicine. Don't you feel guilty about cheating patients out of their money like this?"
When Ke Gaoyang saw Qiao Xun'er, his expression was obviously stunned, and then quickly turned into flattery.
"Xun'er, why didn't you tell me you were coming? In fact, I have already developed a plan to cure your grandfather's feet. Don't worry, I promise I can cure it soon this time." Ke Gaoyang said with a smile on his face.
"Doctor Ke, we are not familiar with each other, please don't call me so intimately. Also, my grandfather doesn't need you to treat him anymore. Brother Mo has already cured my grandfather's foot. We came here today to ask you for an explanation." Qiao Xun'er said with a cold face.
Qiao Xun'er usually doesn't get angry at all, but when she thinks about how her grandfather has been suffering from the pain in his feet for so long, she can't help but get angry.
Ke Gaoyang looked at the furious Qiao Xun'er, then at Mo Laishi. He seemed to understand something and immediately put away his smile and said, "Xun'er, have you been deceived by this brat? Even our hospital can't cure this patient, how can a young boy like him possibly cure him?"
"Hmph, you know better than anyone why the hospital can't cure it. Brother Qiao cured grandpa's feet in just three days, but you kept dragging it out. Isn't it just to make more money?" Qiao Xun'er became more and more excited as she spoke, and her voice tone unconsciously rose a lot.
Many family members from other wards were attracted by the noise and gathered at the door of Ward 614 to eat melons.
Seeing more and more people coming, Ke Gaoyang became a little panicked.
If it is true that he deliberately delayed treatment and prescribed the wrong medicine, how can he continue to be a doctor in the future?
But he soon calmed down.
As long as he refuses to admit it, no one can do anything to him.
Thinking of this, he sneered and said, "I finally see that you are professional medical troublemakers who want to blackmail the hospital. It is because of people like you in society that the doctor-patient relationship in this country is so tense."
"Nurse, nurse, quickly ask the security guard downstairs to come up and take them to the police station." Ke Gaoyang shouted outside the ward.
Qiao Xun'er, who had not seen much of the world, looked a little unhappy. She didn't expect that she just came to seek justice for her grandfather, but in the end she might be arrested.
On the other hand, Mo Laishi was calm and composed, focusing all his attention on Ke Gaoyang's performance.
Ke Gaoyang’s acting skills are pretty good, and he even turns the tables. It would be a waste if he didn’t play a traitor.
Soon, two security guards came up in a hurry.
Ke Gaoyang pointed at Mo Laishi and the other man and shouted, "Security, they are professional medical troublemakers, deliberately causing trouble here, arrest them quickly."
Upon hearing this, one of the security guards was about to step forward and pull Qiao Xun'er away.
But he was stopped by a sharp look from Mo Laishi.
"Just try to touch her."
There was an immense chill in Mo Laishi's voice, and the security guard shuddered and took a step back.
"Why are you still standing there? Catch them for me quickly." Ke Gaoyang shouted anxiously.
The two security guards looked at each other and were about to go forward to arrest the man again.
