The maid led him around and around the crowd, finally arriving at a secluded grove of trees near the square.

"Master, the person has been brought here." The maid bowed slightly in front of the carriage.
"I understand, you can get out now." A soft, charming voice came from inside the carriage.
"Yes." The maid bowed and then retreated to a distance to keep watch.
"Come in," that soft, alluring voice rang out again.
Zu An's heart skipped a beat. No wonder everyone had been talking behind her back that the Little Demon Queen was a beauty. She was indeed very easy to make people's imaginations run wild.
After getting into the car, a sweet fragrance filled the air, the unique scent of the Little Demon Queen. Zu An thought that probably no one would mistake her, because this fragrance was unique in the world.
He noticed that the little demon queen was shrouded in a black cloak, but even so, her exquisite figure could still be seen through the loose robe.
"Why would the Demon Queen seek out me?" Zu'an was still wearing a mask and wasn't sure if she was trying to trick him.
"Your mask is quite exquisite; there's absolutely no trace of it being worn." The little demon queen gently brushed her fingers across his face, the touch cool and delicate.
Zu An quickly stepped back and said seriously, "I don't know what the Demon Queen means."
"The fact that you're here proves my guess was right. After all, I am the empress of a nation, so I can find out these things," the little demon queen said with a smile. "Take off your mask; you look better in your natural form."
Knowing he couldn't hide it from her, Zu'an took off his mask and sighed, "If you wanted to come to me, just come. Did you have to come up with that kind of excuse?"
"Would you have come over obediently if I didn't do this?" The little demon queen also pulled down the hood of her cloak, instantly brightening up the originally plain carriage.
"This woman is really seductive."
Zuan sighed inwardly, but now he was naturally not blinded by beauty. He quickly came to his senses and asked, "You told your maid such a private matter. Aren't you afraid of the news leaking out?"
You should know that once that matter is exposed, not only will he and Xue'er be in danger, but even the Little Demon Queen will be in deep trouble.
Moreover, even if it weren't exposed, just hearing this sentence would cause a huge uproar, and people would think the two were having an affair.
"Don't worry, everyone has a few trusted confidants," the little demon queen said casually, clearly unconcerned.

As she spoke, she opened her arms and hugged the other person.
The little demon queen swayed her waist and naturally dodged away: "I just wanted to talk to you. You're so eager as soon as you arrive. I really misjudged you."
Her eyes were red as she spoke, as if she was very disappointed in him.
"Queen, we're all ancient fairies, so let's not play innocent games here. Just say what you want to say." If Zu'an were an inexperienced young man, he might actually be manipulated by her.

"To be my slave?" The little demon queen blushed slightly. "He really is a bad guy. Even at a time like this, he doesn't forget to take advantage of me."
Zuan: "..."
I was just saying it casually, I really didn't mean anything by it. This woman is quite the expert, she can even get the wrong idea from that.
The little demon queen then said solemnly, "There's no need for me to be your servant. There's something I need your help with."
"What is it?" Zu An dared not be careless. If even the Little Demon Queen, with her status and methods, couldn't accomplish something, it must be no simple matter.
The Little Demon Queen lifted a corner of the curtain and looked towards the altar: "The succession ceremony will begin tomorrow, and the Crown Prince will become the new Demon Emperor. I also heard about what happened on the arena today. It is clear that the Crown Prince and the Snake Clan are not on good terms. If he becomes the Demon Emperor, your Snake Clan will probably suffer a very terrible fate."
Zuan smiled slightly: "Your Majesty, you flatter me. The Snake Clan is a large clan after all. Would he dare to destroy the Snake Clan? With so many clan leaders watching, he wouldn't be foolish enough to let the Demon Clan fall apart."
