Shark Diao's face lit up with joy. Clearly, he had received praise for obtaining such information, and the reward afterward would certainly be substantial.
Zuan was not surprised by this result. For that fake Dragon King, Shang Hongyu was the only flaw that revealed his identity, and he had to get rid of him as soon as possible.
Soon, led by the giant shark, he arrived at the deepest part of the conch-shaped building. After passing through many guards, he came to a huge magic circle.
After observing for a moment, Zuan realized that it was a teleportation array that could teleport people over long distances.
However, this effect is likely due to the power of the water element and the fact that it is surrounded by the sea. On land, the teleportation array would have a limited range.
“Please, sir. This teleportation array can take you directly to the Dragon Palace. Someone will receive you there, so I won’t go.” The shark said respectfully.
Zuan nodded and went to the teleportation array. He saw his subordinates carrying out large chunks of spirit stones and filling the grooves around the array.
As the last piece was inserted, a blue pattern quickly appeared on the ground, as if charging itself. From the outside in, rings of array patterns lit up. When the entire array was fully lit, space distorted, and Zu'an had disappeared.
Before long, Zaun appeared on another magic array platform, but the people around him were no longer the same as before, and the environment had changed drastically.
“The power of space…” Zuan silently recalled the feeling he had just experienced. Come to think of it, he had only encountered this kind of spatial power when passing through the tunnels of the secret realm. Such teleportation arrays were rare among the human and demon races.
The sea creatures are indeed full of secrets.
"Is this the gentleman who brought the Queen's message? Please come with us, the Dragon King requests your presence." Two attendants stood outside the magic circle and bowed to him.
Zuan sized up the two men. Apart from the blue fish-fin-like decorations on their ears, they were indistinguishable from humans. Moreover, both of them had high cultivation levels, which showed that the Dragon King valued him quite a bit.
He nodded, signaling them to lead the way, while secretly surveying his surroundings.
Although Shang Hongyu had given a general overview of the Dragon Palace before, seeing it in person still left me quite awestruck.
In his previous life, he had visited some underwater theme parks and the like, but he usually only appreciated them through huge glass. Only occasionally was there a small glass tunnel that made it feel like walking on the real seabed.
But now he was walking on the seabed in a real way. He thought that there would be a huge glass dome or something around the Dragon Palace to keep out the seawater, and that there would be no water inside, so it would be no different from the outside world. But he didn't expect that there was no glass dome. The entire Dragon Palace was submerged in water!
He was completely submerged in the seawater!
Logically speaking, at such a deep seabed, an ordinary person would be crushed into a pulp by the immense pressure of the seawater.

Zuan was somewhat surprised; using jellyfish as streetlights was quite ingenious.
Of course, the jellyfish alone were far from enough to light up the entire Dragon Palace. A bright ray of sunlight shone in from directly above, making the entire Dragon Palace as bright as day.
Zuan knew very well that the Dragon Palace was hundreds of thousands of feet below the seabed, a depth where sunlight could not possibly penetrate. Normally, it should be pitch black here, so some special magic array must have drawn the sunlight here.
Soon a long staircase appeared ahead, made of a material similar to white marble, with extremely exquisite carvings. Along the way, the pillars were adorned with pearls the size of footballs, scattering the light from the sky to illuminate the surroundings.
Zuan's eyelids twitched as he looked on. The resources of the sea race were truly abundant, far more luxurious than the palaces of the human and demon races.
At the end of the stairs stood a magnificent palace, exquisitely beautiful. Its details were quite different from those of human and demon palaces, with many styles reminiscent of the sea races. There were carvings of dragons, mermaids, and many other marine races, some of which were unfamiliar even to many people from Zaun.
What caught Zaun's attention even more was that the entire palace was made of crystal, and was translucent throughout. Under the sunlight, the entire palace shone with a crystalline light, truly a masterpiece of art.
Zuan secretly praised, no wonder the Dragon Palace is also called the Crystal Palace.
Unbeknownst to him, he had been led to a grand hall deep within the Dragon Palace. The soldiers at the entrance were not the shrimp soldiers and crab generals he had seen before, but rather a row of seahorse guards and a row of strange fish guards.
Unlike the seahorses we usually imagine, these seahorse soldiers are enormous and exude a chilling aura.
The strange fish guards, with human bodies and fish tails, each wielded a trident and watched him warily.
Zuan was initially worried that these were mermaids, but judging from their ugly appearance, they were clearly not. They were probably some kind of unknown strange fish from the sea.
