However, he wasn't lying; once they entered Anguo, Jingyan's safety was entirely at his mercy.
Jing Yan seemed not to have considered this aspect. After Yue Lang agreed, he sent Yue Lang to wait for him in the next tent.
They also called Rong Ying in to discuss the matter, along with Yu Chuxuan, the ninth prince of the Jade Kingdom.
