Soon, Master Qin arrived as promised. He looked at the grain and fruit on the ground and ordered his men to load the truck. He then handed An Ran the money, gold bars, old items, and bills. He then took her to see the land. Once they arrived, An Ran pulled out a flashlight, using each hand to scan the surroundings, confirming the location was good. "This is a good spot," he said. "Could you, Master Qin's brothers, help me dig two holes?" Master Qin nodded and waved his men to get to work.
The men who dug the pits didn't express dissatisfaction. An Ran was the big moneymaker, providing the supply and giving away 30,000 kilograms of fruit for free. That was all free money. After the sale, not only would Master Qin, but even they would get a bigger share. Digging two pits and getting extra money was a big deal. What was there to be unhappy about?
There is strength in numbers, and since they were all grown men, the two pits were soon dug.
An Ran looked at it and said, "Thank you, Mr. Qin, and thank you, brothers."
Mr. Qin nodded, thought for a moment and asked, "Little brother, when will the next supply be?"
An Ran rolled her eyes and replied, "Master Qin, you're too greedy. This batch of goods hasn't even been sold yet, and you're already thinking about next time! These are tens of thousands of pounds, aren't they enough for you to sell for a while?"
Mr. Qin smiled. This man spoke quite directly, but what he said was not wrong.
He opened his mouth and said, "Little brother, you are right. I'll go first. See you next time." After that, he took his men and went down the mountain directly.
He hid in the space and followed them for a while, making sure everyone was gone. He returned to the two pits, looked around, and then dug out the two coffins and placed them in the pits. He also took out the tombstones he had made earlier and the ordnance shovel and began filling the pits with soil.
After two hours of work, they were finally buried. An Ran looked at their graves, shoveled the weapons, and threw them back into the space. She took out some fruit and placed it in front of the two graves. Then she slipped into the space and teleported back to the Yun family.
Lying in bed, I thought, I have to go back to Jin City. I promised Master Lei that I would visit him after I come back. It has been a while since I came back, but I haven't been there yet.
After dawn, he got up, put on his clothes, prepared four bottles of spiritual spring water, and walked out of the room.
After arriving in the living room, An Ran placed the spiritual spring water on the table and said, "Grandpa and grandma, you and my dad should remember to drink this water. I'm going out today and may not be back until the next day or the day after tomorrow."
Hearing this, Old Lady Yun felt a little flustered, fearing that she had done something wrong and made An Ran unhappy. She asked, "Ran Ran, did someone say something to make you unhappy? Tell grandma and she'll help you vent your anger."
An Ran patted the back of her hand and soothed her, "Grandma, I'm not unhappy. I'm going to see an elder. I made an agreement with him before I left for the countryside. I'll visit him when I come back."
Old Lady Yun asked again, "Of course, you didn't lie to me, did you?"
An Ran smiled and said, "Grandma, I didn't lie to you. I'll be back the day after tomorrow."
Old Lady Yun nodded and said, "Okay, Grandma will wait for you to come back. Go early and come back early."
Elder Yun also said: "Of course, be careful when you go out and come back early."
An Ran nodded, took the buns handed to her by Yun Guohua, ate a few, and then left.
He found a deserted place, slipped into the space, and teleported back to Jinshi. After making some disguises and making sure that no one was outside, he slipped out of the space, carrying a basket of fruits, and headed straight for the black market.
I found Master Lei's place and knocked on the door. When the door opened, the man in the yard was stunned to see the person coming. Then he asked, "Who are you looking for?"
An Ran replied: "Please inform Master Lei that an old friend is here to visit."
The man frowned, said nothing, and slammed the door shut.
After a while, the man opened the door again and gestured for him to come in. An Ran walked around him, into the courtyard, and then to the main hall, where she placed the basket on the table. She sat down on a chair, legs crossed, and said, "Old man, you're so arrogant."
Master Lei said angrily: "You stinky girl, you are just an old man with no manners. Humph."
An Ran smiled and said, "Old man, you are wronging me. I came to visit you after I got back. I even brought you some fruit. How can I be so rude?"
Master Lei waved his hand, and the people below brought two cups of covered tea. Master Lei said, "You said you would offer me tea when you came back! Now that you are here, it's a good time to offer me tea."
An Ran took out a lychee, peeled it and put it in her mouth. She asked, "Old man, do you have a red envelope for the tea? If not, I won't offer any."
Master Lei rolled his eyes. This little girl offered him tea. Would he let her suffer any loss?
He said angrily: "Stinky girl, serve me tea, you are my goddaughter, will I let you suffer any loss?"
An Ran smiled and stood up, picked up the teacup on the tray, and said, "Old man, please have some tea."
Master Lei was speechless. Would this little girl die or go crazy if she called him godfather?
He took the tea unhappily, took a sip, put the cup down, took out a jade token, and handed it to An Ran.
An Ran took it and saw her name engraved on it. How did he know her name? Then she remembered that when they wrote letters to each other, they had written their names.
He stuffed the jade token into his bag and said, "Old man, since I've acknowledged you, it's not in vain. I'll give you 20,000 kilograms of grain and 10,000 kilograms of fruit. However, this is only once. Next time, I'll charge you. However, I can give you a discount. After all, brothers should settle accounts clearly. Don't you agree?"
Master Lei felt like laughing. This little girl really made him angry and happy. He nodded and said, "Okay, thank you, little girl. When can I pick up the goods?"
An Ran replied, "Tonight, same time, same place. Okay, I have something to do, so I'll leave first. See you tonight, old man."
