"Get in the car."
The man's smile didn't reach his eyes; it was impossible to tell what he was thinking.
Chuanliu got into the passenger seat, while Zhuiming and Qian Chuan's two bodyguards sat in the back.
Qian Chuan glanced at Zhui Ming in the rearview mirror, then said to Chuan Liu:
"You kept this from me for so long just to make me worry so you could come and save the day?"
The man's expression turned serious for once, and his tone became very earnest.
He seemed to be sulking, and didn't look at Chuanliu.
Knowing that the man had already guessed that she had voted for Jia Zuowei, Chuanliu sighed, "I was just afraid of implicating you."
Qian Chuan sneered, "You're afraid I'll drag you down with you, aren't you?"

Chuanliu got off the car with Zhuiming.

A gentle evening breeze stirred her plain-colored skirt, and moonlight bathed the girl in a radiant glow.
Zhui Ming replied with a smile, "You said I'm your little brother, so naturally I have to protect you 24 hours a day."
As he spoke, he nimbly flipped over and landed on the balcony.
Dressed entirely in black, he blended into the night, his feet landing silently, like a midnight ghost.
Seeing his movement, Chuanliu subconsciously took a step back and stared at him warily.
The man leaned against the balcony railing and said casually, "Don't worry, I'm not the clingy, motherly type."
He heard himself say it.
Chuanliu felt frustrated.
She glared at her with her phoenix eyes, turned her head, and said bluntly:
"I don't care what your attributes are. If you want to sleep, go back to your room and sleep. If you have plenty of energy, go kill Jia Zuowei right now. Don't provoke me here."
The girl tried to push the man away with her hands, but he suddenly grabbed hers.
"I find you quite interesting; you can speak to people in a human language and to ghosts in a ghost language."
Zhuiming looked at her with amusement.
These days he's been following the girl around and has seen her interact with many people.
From Xu Zhi to Jia Zuowei to Qian Chuan, she was able to get along peacefully with everyone.
