"Brother, I will definitely treat Xixi well," Song Xu said anxiously. "Let's stop talking nonsense, your wife has already run away."
The two got into the car, and Song Xu stepped on the gas and chased after them.

Lin Xi sighed softly, "Song Xu, I'm so tired today. I don't want to hear you say any of this. I just want to find a quiet place to sleep."
"Then I'll take you back to your apartment. I promise I won't disturb you while you sleep, okay?" Song Xu asked tentatively.
"It's better to believe a ghost than him," Lin Xi knew Song Xu all too well; he was the kind of person who would take advantage of anyone. She gently pushed Song Xu away, "Go back by yourself."
Lin Xi turned her head and saw Song Chen explaining something to Bai Tiantian. Bai Tiantian looked impatient and finally covered her ears, not wanting to listen at all.
Lin Xi walked over, took Bai Tiantian's hand, and pulled her forward. "Tiantian, which building do you live in?"
Bai Tiantian pointed to the building in the very middle of the residential area, "That's the one, we'll be there soon."
“Shen Yan and Xiao Heng also live here. We can go visit them another day.”
Lin Xi nodded.

Bai Tiantian opened the door and pulled Lin Xi inside. "Xi Xi, feel free to use anything in my house, just like you're at home."
Lin Xi changed into slippers and walked around the living room, which was no smaller than Song Xu's apartment.
"Sweetie, why are you angry with my brother?" Lin Xi asked, sitting on the sofa and resting her head on her hand.
The smile on Bai Tiantian's face vanished, and her face darkened. "He lied to me. He clearly guessed who I was, but he pretended not to know and played along with my act. I was like a clown, being completely manipulated by him."
"So should I be angry with you too?" Lin Xi said calmly. "Among you all, I'm actually the clown."
They all lied to her; it was as if she were living in a story they had woven.
"Do I look like someone who's easy to fool?" Lin Xi asked calmly, showing no sign of anger.
But Bai Tiantian was very scared. She sat down next to Lin Xi and hugged her. "Xi Xi, I'm afraid that if I tell you the truth, you won't be my friend anymore. I just want to make a true friend."
"You know my family is well-off, and many people try to curry favor with me, but I don't like that feeling of being superior. I just want to be friends with someone on an equal footing, not someone who only befriends me because I'm rich."
"Later, my family arranged for me to marry into the Song family, so I chose Song Chen. I also had feelings for him, but what I wanted was a love that was mutual, so I concealed my identity and pursued Song Chen."

Bai Tiantian's house is decorated in pink and soft colors everywhere, and the guest room has the same style of decoration.
"So beautiful," Lin Xi's eyes lit up, as if she were in a fairy tale. "I don't want to leave."
“I’ve been asking you to come and live with me for a long time,” Bai Tiantian pouted, “but you insisted on staying with Song Xu. Don’t leave now, we’re family anyway.”
Lin Xi turned around with a smile and teased, "You're already family before you've even married my brother. Sweetie, how impatient are you?"
"Oh, it's only a matter of time," Bai Tiantian said without any shyness. "My brother will come to the Song family to discuss the engagement after the holiday in a couple of days."
"It's so nice of you to be my sister-in-law. I don't have to worry about being bullied by her anymore." Lin Xi hugged Bai Tiantian.
"Your sister-in-law will take good care of you," Bai Tiantian kissed Lin Xi on the cheek. "Xi Xi, go take a shower first, and I'll go find you some clean clothes."
Lin Xi nodded, enjoying the care from her future sister-in-law with peace of mind.
