Inside the car.
After Feng Chibai fastened his seat belt, he asked with a smile, "Where do you want to go?"
Lin Tang chuckled and said, "Of course I'm going home."
Feng Chibai nodded thoughtfully, then asked, "Which home are you going back to?"
"The one I live in." Lin Tang said simply, but considering him, she added: "Feng Chibai, since I have decided not to divorce, I will definitely keep my word."
Feng Chibai knew that she felt a little awkward, and that she needed some time and an opportunity to formally accept their relationship, so he was willing to wait: "I know, we've been together forever and never lied to each other."
This was the first time in such a long time that she heard him call her nickname, and her brows couldn't help but relax.
This time, Feng Chibai's car drove into the community again.
When they stopped, Lin Tang raised his eyebrows and asked him, "What are you doing here this time?"
Feng Chibai was busy unbuckling his seatbelt when he suddenly moved closer to her. His nose brushed against her cheek, and with a soft laugh, he whispered in her ear, "Nothing special. Just a bag carrier."
When the voice stopped, he took the bag from Lin Tang's hand.
It was filled with a lot of materials and was not light in weight.
Lin Tang curled his lips and smiled: "Did I agree to let you go to my house?"
"Sorry, I took the initiative." However, she did not return the bag to Lin Tang. Instead, she slowly asked, "So, what do you think?"
Lin Tang tilted his eyebrows slightly, and silently hooked his fingers around his neck. He suddenly brought him towards him and said in his ear, imitating the way he just did, "You can come in, but I won't keep you here in the middle of the night."
After saying that, she pushed him away, opened the car door and got out.
When she got home, she felt a little thirsty and poured herself a glass of water. When she picked it up, she thought for a moment and pushed it towards him: "It's cold, just drink it."
After saying that, he poured himself another cup.
But Feng Chibai held his hand down: "There's no rush."
He pressed the on/off button on the kettle, and the cold water inside slowly began to heat up.
He stood up and suddenly noticed the scraps of paper in the trash can. The contents of each piece of paper were scattered and incomplete, but based on a few words, he could guess what it originally looked like, and the corners of his lips couldn't help but curve.
Lin Tang noticed this and asked, "You came here just to investigate this, didn't you?"
"This is a windfall," Feng Chibai said frankly. "I just wanted to see how much stuff you have here and how long it would take to move it all to my place."
"Mr. Feng is really prepared for a rainy day." Lin Tang joked.
Suddenly, the kettle's boiling water button tripped and the heating stopped.
Lin Tang leaned down slightly, split the cold water he had poured for him in half, and added some hot water to each cup. As he handed him one of the cups, Lin Tang clinked glasses with him: "Cheers."
Then, without caring whether he responded or not, she withdrew her hand and took a big gulp.
Feng Chibai was amused by her and drank a mouthful. Suddenly, he heard her ask, "When do you plan to go back?"
He raised his eyebrows and pretended to be disappointed, "You're rushing to send me away before I even finished my water."
Lin Tang smiled, patted his bag and said, "I have a lot of work to do here. It's not very convenient to have someone here. After all, I have to devote some attention to dealing with you."
She was actually joking, but she didn't expect him to put down the cup. She thought he was going to leave, but the next second he suddenly walked towards her, leaned down in front of her and said, "Lin Tang, are you interested in love?"
"What?" Lin Tang had a bad feeling for a moment, but he still looked calm.
Feng Chibai chuckled softly and then asked, "Do you know what lovers do before they say goodbye?"
But when he asked this question, he didn't intend to give her a chance to answer. Before she could react, he quickly kissed the corner of her lips.
Then, without saying anything, he leisurely walked out the door with a triumphant smile, leaving her still in a daze in the room.
When I came to my senses, he was no longer in my sight.
She subconsciously touched the place where he had kissed her, and her cheeks suddenly bulged, as if she had lost a confrontation. She cursed in a low voice, somewhat unwillingly: "Fuck you!"
But what followed was an inexplicable burst of joy.
As the emotions gradually rose, they seemed to overshadow the original unwillingness to admit defeat.

Sunday morning.
When Lin Tang barely opened his eyes, he subconsciously reached for his phone to check the news. However, as soon as he opened the screen, he saw a message about Feng Chibai.
Feng Chibai: [Awake?]
It was sent half an hour ago.
She turned over and replied lazily: Just woke up.
Feng Chibai: [Okay, in ten minutes, help open the door.]
Sui Sui: [? ]
However, no one responded from the other side.
She simply stopped lying there and got up to go to the bathroom to wash up. Just as she came out, the doorbell rang at the right time.
The moment she opened the door, Feng Chibai appeared in front of her with a bag of breakfast.
She subconsciously glanced at the time on her phone. It hadn't even been ten minutes since she replied to his message. She couldn't help but frown and asked, "You weren't going to be there when you sent me the message, were you?"
Feng Chibai didn't answer, but just smiled and said, "Why, are you feeling sorry for me?"
The slight guilt in Lin Tang's heart immediately faded away. He tutted and denied it, "Why should I feel sorry for you? It's not me who asked you to come."
The breakfast was already a little cold, so after coming in, Feng Chibai put the food in the microwave to heat it up.
Lin Tang was still wearing his pajamas. Since he had no plans to go out today, he was not in a hurry to change.
As he sat down to drink his porridge, Lin Tang glanced at him, intending to ask, "Why are you here so early?"
"Because I missed you." Feng Chibai raised his eyes and said without hesitation, "You missed me too."
His words were almost affirmative.
But Lin Tang was unhappy when she heard that. She sneered, "Are you sick again?"
Feng Chibai was not angry when he heard this. He slowly clicked into her circle of friends, scrolling down until he stopped at one place. He clicked on the photo and it appeared in front of her.
That was the only photo of the two of them together, and she had set it to be visible to everyone last night. He asked with a smile, "What does this mean?"
Lin Tang rarely showed a frustrated expression, but he still said stubbornly: "It was just a circle of friends a few years ago, what's the point of it?"
"No." She suddenly realized something was wrong. It had only been a short while since she set it up, but he had already noticed it. "You're checking my Moments every day!"
This time Feng Chibai didn't admit it: "I just saw it by chance."
Lin Tang squinted his eyes and moved closer to him: "Everyday by chance?"
Feng Chibai nodded calmly, "I look forward to you sending me a message every day, but when I look at the empty chat interface, my finger will accidentally poke in."
Hearing this, Lin Tang couldn't help but want to laugh. It was a pity that he didn't think it was ridiculous.
After breakfast, because the sky outside was a bit gloomy, she had no plans to go to the institute, so she just curled up on the sofa and watched TV.
Feng Chibai sat with her quietly for a while, and suddenly said something nonsensical: "It's such a nice day, why don't you go out for a walk?"
Hearing this, Lin Tang blinked, as if trying to find some basis for his words. Then, realizing he was talking nonsense, she closed her eyes with a fake smile, pulled out today's weather forecast from her phone, and slapped it in front of him, teasing, "No wonder you came so early. You just love the cold wind? Sorry, I don't have that hobby."
Knowing that his words were unclear, Feng Chibai changed his words: "I mean, let's go to my house. Oh no, our house."
Lin Tang raised his hand to stop him: "I'm not interested for now. If you don't want to stay here, I don't think I'm stopping you."
Feng Chibai chuckled softly, moved closer to her, cupped her face with his palm, and squeezed it gently: "Why do you always speak so harshly?"
Lin Tang turned his head to avoid his hand, then raised his eyebrows, put his hand on his shoulder, and said provocatively: "Why, you can't stand it? It seems that you don't like it that much."
Feng Chibai still showed no sign of getting angry. He smiled and said, "You're worrying too much. I'm quite tolerant, as you know."
Without a word of greeting, he lifted her into his lap.
Lin Tang was stunned for a moment, staring at him with wide eyes: "What are you doing..."
However, before he could finish his words, the exit was blocked.
In fact, he had discovered a pattern a long time ago: when he kissed her, she would become obedient and would not move around or bite anyone.
He held her face, separated her by an inch, and said shyly, "Sui Sui likes kissing."
Being told this so bluntly, Lin Tang's face flushed red. He glared at him and cursed, "You're sick!"
But at this time he was really sick. He knew that she was very embarrassed, but he still kissed her provocatively.
But when you are confused and distracted, your fingers will start to become restless.
When she felt his warm palms reaching into her pajamas and firmly grasping her waist, Lin Tang suddenly sobered up a bit. She half-pushed him away and warned him, "If you dare to touch me, you're dead."
However, Feng Chibai still acted as if he didn't understand anything. His fingers pinched the soft flesh on her waist unscrupulously and asked ignorantly, "How did you die?"
The next second, Lin Tang slapped him directly in the face. She said arrogantly, "Keep acting like a hooligan."
Feng Chibai let go of him with a crooked smile, leaned back casually, and raised his hands in surrender.
Suddenly remembering something, Lin Tang jumped off him and said, "Lend me your phone."
Although he didn't know what she was going to do, Feng Chibai didn't ask. After unlocking it, he handed it to her without hesitation.
After watching her operate on the two phones and then return the phone to him, he realized that she had just transferred money. The original 100,000 yuan was now returned in full, and she was even kind enough to click to receive it for him.
He pursed his lips and asked, "Do husband and wife have to be so polite?"
But Lin Tang explained seriously: "That would make it seem like I agreed not to divorce just to avoid paying you back."
This time Feng Chibai's mood improved: "Well, I believe that Sui Sui really likes me."
"Feng Chibai." Lin Tang shouted, then pointed to his head, "There's something wrong with you."
Feng Chibai was not angry and pulled her to sit next to him.
The TV picture was still playing. After watching it quietly for a while, a well-thought-out sentence suddenly rang out in the living room.
"Lin Tang, why did you think we were divorced?"
Lin Tang felt awkward when the topic came up. She gritted her teeth and said, "In TV dramas, they just sign and it's over. They never show them going to the Civil Affairs Bureau."
So she naturally thought that by signing the document, their relationship would be over.
After thinking it over, she decided to blame him: "It's all your fault. You just watch this every day and it's poisoned my mind."
Feng Chibai's eyes were filled with smiles: "Well, it's my fault."
"Of course it's your fault." Lin Tang said as a matter of course, "You clearly knew it, why didn't you take the initiative to mention it? If you had mentioned it, I would..."
"You will agree." Feng Chibai interrupted her and said seriously: "But I don't want you to agree."
Lin Tang was stunned, and something in his heart softened. After staring at each other for a moment, she pursed her lips and looked away, pretending to drink some water, but a smile slowly appeared on her face.
There was a continuous sound coming out of the loudspeaker. Feng Chibai held her hand and suddenly noticed something, his eyes became a little dark and unclear.
Finally smiled.
It's time to get a new one.
It was not until the afternoon that we finally saw some sunlight and the temperature gradually rose.
The sunlight shines through the glass window of the balcony and hits Lin Tang's face generously.
She rested for the whole morning, but while watching TV, she fell asleep without knowing when, leaning quietly on Feng Chibai's shoulder.
Feng Chibai had turned off the TV long ago. He tilted his head slightly and looked at her with gentle eyes.
His eyes inadvertently moved to a certain place, and he reached out his hand, carefully hooked her fingers, and circled them.
Perhaps because he had slept enough, Lin Tang suddenly opened his eyes, his consciousness still a little confused. He looked at him blankly, then turned his head to look at the balcony.
I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows in surprise, because at this moment, just as he said in the morning, the weather was very good.
"The sun is so bright." She muttered to herself.
She thought she had already been staying home all morning, and it would be a waste of time to continue sitting there. So she stretched and said to herself, or to him, "I'm going to the research institute."
Upon hearing this, Feng Chibai immediately asked, "What are you going to do at the research institute?"
"Complete your project." Lin Tang replied bluntly.
"I give you permission to not work today."
Lin Tang couldn't help but laugh when he heard this: "You are not my leader."
She stood up, went back to her room and changed into casual clothes.
Feng Chibai had just thought she was joking, but now he couldn't sit still any longer: "Are you really planning to go?"
Lin Tang put the things he had read last night into his bag and said, "I told you I don't lie."
"What's wrong?" She noticed the change in his tone and asked again, "I rushed your company's project ahead of schedule, and you seem quite unhappy?"
Feng Chibai said truthfully: "I thought your time today was completely mine, but now it seems that my plan has failed."
Lin Tang blinked. "Is that so? How about you take me there? We can stay here for another ten minutes."
She actually had a little calculation. Although the weather was good at the moment, she had just rested for too long and didn't feel like moving yet. It just so happened that there was a free driver at home.
But even if she didn't say that, Feng Chibai would definitely send her there as long as she wanted to leave.
