Chapter 23 The Eve of Fishing
A few days later in the evening, Cui Zhengpei was packing up his things, including several people's fishing rods, which were piled in the office. Zheng Qitie had said yesterday that they would leave today, so the other team leaders in the office were not surprised.
Zheng Qitie was still checking his own safe in the office. He put the many pages of plans on his desk into it to prevent them from being seen by his brothers in the gang. After all, this plan was mainly for himself.
Li You was sitting at his seat watching them busy with their own things. Until now, Zheng Qitie had not invited him or Park Junmo. Li You thought about how he had specially gone to remind Zhao Changzhi again yesterday, and wondered if he could be trusted.
Just as he was thinking about it, Zheng Qitie just came out of his small office and Hong Xicheng hurriedly pushed open the door and came in. He had originally gone to prepare the car and was about to get in the car to refuel when he received a call from home.
"I'm done." He came back and put on his coat. "I need to go to the hospital."
These words made several people in the office look over. Li You took a look and then lowered his head, listening carefully.

In the early morning, it rained heavily outside. The heavy rain in January was particularly cold. Several team leaders headed by Li You and Xu Zhonglie stood in front of the small building of Jiangnan Industry. Xu Zhonglie closed the car door for Zheng Qitie and stared at Park Junmo in the driver's seat. Park Junmo moved his eyes away uncomfortably, feeling a little creepy.
Watching the black car carrying two people driving away, Li You noticed that Xu Zhonglie's feet were constantly rubbing against the ground. The movement was not big, but he kept stopping until the black car was out of sight.
In the car, Park Junmo thought about what he talked about with Li You yesterday. He knew that tonight might not go smoothly, so he was mentally prepared. So he pretended to be confused and asked, "President, where is Cui brother?"
"We always go separately," Zheng Qitie lied to Park Junmo. Of course, they didn't always do this, it was just that there was an outsider tonight.
The heavy rain stopped, the car was still moving forward, and the sky was still dark.
Just as I was thinking about it, Choi Jung-bae called me, "President, I may be late to the port."
"What's wrong?" Zheng Qitie frowned.
Choi Jung-bae stood by the road, looking at the nails on the tire, "Sorry, President, I don't know which bastards left a bunch of nails on the road. I'll call road rescue. Wait for me when you get there."
"Well, as soon as possible."
Choi Jung-bae looked at the three large vans speeding past on the road and the car following behind with a cold look. He was unwilling to accompany that Kwon Seung-ho. If Zheng Qitie wanted to test himself, he shouldn't have dragged himself along.
Choi Jung-bae, who had deliberately punctured the tire with a nail, got into the car leisurely, waiting for the arrival of road rescue. Not long after, lights appeared behind him. Choi Jung-bae glanced back, and the strong light stung him, so he turned his head back and said, "Shit, damn it."
A car that he was very familiar with stopped next to his car. Cui Zhengpei looked over and said, "Li You? Why are you here?"
Li You sat in the driver's seat without saying a word. He shone the flashlight around and only got out of the car after making sure there was no one around.
"Ah! What are you trying to do!" The sharp-eyed Choi Jung-pei quickly locked the car. When he wanted to start the car, he remembered that he had just punctured the tire himself, "Shit."
"Brother Cui," Cui Zhengpei looked at Li You who was talking, his face grim, "Brother Cui, what are you doing? I'm here to take you back."
"Get out! Don't come over here!" Choi Jung-bae supported his fat body and moved to the passenger seat, "I know what you want to do!" Of course he knew that in order to ensure the authenticity of his lie, he did not notify anyone except the road rescue team to pick him up, not to mention that he noticed Li You getting out of the car to check if there was anyone around.
Li You looked at Choi Jung-bae who was struggling in the car with contempt in his eyes. He raised his elbow and hammered open the glass window on the driver's seat with just one force.
Looking at Li You reaching in to unlock the car, he fearfully opened the passenger door and fled on the road dragging his 200-plus pounds of weight. However, he was knocked down by Li You who caught up with him before he took two steps. Li You didn't want to play cat and mouse and thought of ending the fight quickly, so he put the fire axe he had pulled down on the road close to his neck.
"~~~" Cui Zhengpei, whose mouth was trembling with fear, began to beg for mercy, "Brother, Brother Li, what do you want?"
He pulled Li You's clothes, "I can give you whatever you want, money? Status in the gang? Women? There are so many nightclubs, there must be one you like!" Li You pulled his hand away, "What do I want? I want Jiangnan Industry."
"Yes! Yes!" Choi Jung-bae screamed, "I support you! I will help you kill Zheng Qitie! Kill Hong Xicheng! I am a veteran and I am the one who knows those team leaders best. With my support, you can do it!"
"Anything else?"
"What?" Choi Jung-bae looked at Lee Woo with panic in his eyes. "Yes, yes, and we are not going fishing, we are transporting drugs! Drugs! We have sold billions of won worth of drugs in the past two years!"
"Really?" Li You approached Cui Zhengpei, "I know this, but... I hate drug dealers the most. Only people who are not decent enough will become drug dealers. Drug dealers deserve to die."
Before he died, Choi Jung-bae suddenly realized that the man in front of him had no intention of letting him go. He suddenly laughed with tears in his eyes, "Shit, Shit!!!"
