"Didn't you tell me not to make a sound?"
Mei Si: She forgot what she just said? Her memory is even worse than Grandma's.
"...Why don't you leave?" Zhang Chunhua took a deep breath, trying hard to control the urge to roar.
"You're going out?" Mei Si looked at the group of people jumping around (annoyed) outside and finally understood why they were so nervous.
This is a blatant violation of discipline. The coaches clearly said that they were not allowed to go out at night, yet they still dared to go out. Aren't they afraid of being punished?
"Yeah, you're only just realizing what we're doing now... Never mind, let's hurry up and go, they're all getting impatient." Zhang Chunhua was starting to regret it. Mei Si had only just realized what they were up to. If they had just sent her back to her room, would they have avoided bringing this burden along?
Unfortunately, it's too late to regret it now. Zhang Chunhua was afraid that if she stayed too long, the coaches would find out.
"I'm not going." Mei Si shook her head. She didn't want to go out. What was the point of going out in the middle of the night? She should go to bed early tonight and have food ready when she woke up tomorrow.
Mays touched her stomach, her impression of the country growing increasingly negative; they weren't feeding her properly.
Zhang Chunhua clenched her fists, feeling like she wanted to strangle Mei Si. But when she noticed Mei Si touching her stomach, she suddenly realized that this was the right way to make her obey.
Zhang Chunhua had personally witnessed Mei Si eating two boxes of airplane food for every meal on the plane, and Zhang Chunhua thought that Mei Si must be a glutton.
"Let's go eat something delicious, don't you want to come?" Zhang Chunhua tempted.
"Something delicious? Are we going to Vies Square?" Mays swallowed, feeling even hungrier.
"Ah? Yes, that's where we're going. Let's hurry." Zhang Chunhua had no idea where Mei Si was talking about, but since Mei Si wanted to go, she decided to lie for now.
Zhang Chunhua: If I see any snacks later, I'll just buy some for her.
Zhang Chunhua successfully brought Mei Si and Hu Bo together. Hu Bo didn't ask why the two hadn't come out earlier; the most important thing now was to find a way to get out.
“We came from this direction,” Zhang Jin said, pointing to the right front.
“I just saw from upstairs that there are a lot of lights over there, not far from here,” Yu Xiaosui said, pointing in the opposite direction.
“If we take the same route we came by, it will take us a long time, and we might not be back until dawn.” Yu Xiaomai disagreed. The route they took by car in the afternoon was too far, and it was late at night. They didn’t have a car, and walking there would take too long.
"Shall we go over there and take a look?" Hu Bo also felt that everyone had been on the plane for so long and was quite tired, so it was better not to go too far and just wander around the neighborhood.
"Why walk? We could call a car!" Mei Si didn't understand why these people wanted to walk. Wouldn't it be better to take a car?
"Take a car? Where would we get a car this late at night?" Zhang Jin rolled his eyes and said.
"The car is open 24 hours a day, didn't you know?" Mei Si scrutinized Zhang Jin. Was this guy from their country? William Sue had already said the car was open 24 hours a day, how come he didn't know?
"What kind of look is that?" Zhang Jin rolled up his sleeves, ready to teach Mei Si a lesson.
"You said the car is available 24 hours a day? What do you call that?" Hu Bo stretched out his arm to stop Zhang Jin and looked at Mei Si as he spoke.
“That phone, the number is on the wall,” May said, pointing to the phone hanging inside the door.
Hu Bo glanced at Zhang Chunhua, who immediately understood. She quietly walked to the phone and started dialing.
Zhang Chunhua covered the phone, glancing at the coaches' rooms every now and then. A moment later, she came out with a big smile.
Seeing Zhang Chunhua so happy, the group knew that the taxi hailing had been arranged. They looked at each other and smiled happily.
The car arrived quickly, and the group boarded it promptly, finding seats near the door.
"Where to?" the driver asked, turning to look at the group.
Of the group, only Hu Bo and Zhang Chunhua had decent English skills and understood the driver's question; the others looked at them blankly.
"Where are we going?" Hu Bo wanted to slap himself. He and the others had only been thinking about going out to have fun and hadn't even discussed where to go.
But now, in order not to embarrass himself abroad, Hu Bo didn't insist on asking the foreign driver; instead, he turned to everyone else and asked.
With so many of them, surely one of them must have looked through the map inside the house, right?
“Vis Square.” Mei Si glanced at Zhang Chunhua and gave the location directly.
"Okay, please sit down." The driver raised an eyebrow, surprised that a child would be in charge among these people.
