Just suspend two people? No way! That person must be found!
"Where is the other person?" Bru asked, staring intently at the Yu sisters.
Blue knew that the Yu sisters would never tell him if he asked, and he didn't expect them to.
Blue kept his eyes fixed on the sisters, not missing a single expression. Blue asked the question simply to see where they would look.
Blue: Humans are so strange. Even if you don't want to betray your friends, your expressions and actions will involuntarily betray them.
"What are you saying?" Yu Xiaosui looked at Bru with a blank expression. She didn't understand English and couldn't understand what Bru was saying at all.
"..." Bru choked, suddenly at a loss for words.
Blue had no choice but to turn to William Sue and ask him to help translate.
After William Sue translated, the Yu sisters understood what Blue meant, and Yu Xiaomai kept her head down and didn't say a word.
"I don't know what you're talking about, it's just the two of us," Yu Xiaosui said with a blank face.
Yu Xiaosui: Since he didn't find Zhang Chunhua, let's just pretend it was the two of us fighting!
“You should speak up. If you don’t, you’ll just be watching others compete and win prizes from the stands. All three of you participated, so why are only the two of you banned?” Bru knew that women had a strange competitive streak, and he believed that if he said that, the Yu sisters would definitely reveal who the other person was.
William Sue, who was helping with the translation, looked at Blue with a strange expression. He hadn't expected Blue to be so insidious.
William Sue: The Yu sisters are all quite young; they might actually be swayed by him.
Yu Xiaosui's eyes flickered slightly. She lowered her head in silence, seemingly pondering Bru's words.
Yu Xiaomai, who had been silent until now, felt a fire burning in her heart after hearing William Sue's translation.
Yu Xiaomai: Why is he such a bad person? What does he mean by saying that? Does he want us to betray our teammates?
Yu Xiaomai glanced at her silent sister and knew that her sister must have been misled by this man's words.
"It was clearly just the two of us who hit you, why do you insist there was another one? Is it shameful to be hit by two women like us?" Yu Xiaomai raised her head, looking at Bru with disdain, and said.
"What nonsense are you talking about? There are clearly three people!" When Bru saw everyone looking at him with suspicion, his face immediately darkened. He didn't expect Yu Xiaomai to say that. He had underestimated this Chinese woman.
Bru knew that he couldn't argue with Yu Xiaomai anymore at this point, as it would only make everyone believe Yu Xiaomai's words more.
“Jack, as you all know, it was clearly three women who hit me.” Blue chose to let Jack, who was present at the time, speak.
“What do you know? I only remember there were two people.” After listening to William Sue’s translation, Jack began to appreciate this loyal Chinese woman, and he felt he should help them.
“Not three…” Cage was a little confused. He clearly remembered that there were three women, so why did Jack say two?
Jack quickly elbowed Cage, signaling him not to tell the truth.
Cage saw Jack give him a meaningful look. Although he didn't understand why Jack had suddenly changed his mind, Cage chose to stand by his good friend and support him unconditionally.
"That's right, it was two women who hit you. Blue, have you gone mad from the beating? You can't even tell how many women hit you?" Cage said sarcastically.
"Why are you lying? Did they bribe you?" Blue looked angrily at Jack and his two companions. He hadn't expected that Jack and his group would side with outsiders.
“If we’re talking about bribery, shouldn’t we say you bribed us to give false testimony for you?” Huggins, who had been mostly silent, suddenly spoke up.
Bru was furious. He knew that at this point, it was impossible for him to find the other woman.
If Jack and his two companions were to turn on him, he would truly have lost both his wife and his army.
Even the witnesses said it was two different people, William Sue.
They treated it as if it were two people fighting, even though they knew that Blue might be telling the truth.
The Yu sisters left with the International Olympic Committee. Coach Li knew it was inappropriate for him to go with them, so he told everyone to stay put and then hurried back to find Captain Chen.
The International Olympic Committee ultimately decided to disqualify Yu Xiaomai and Yu Xiaosui from the competition.
Yu Xiaomai calmed down at this point. She realized that it wasn't anyone else's fault, but their own. After all, they had taken action.
Yu Xiaomai: I'm just... sorry to the country that nurtured us, and sorry to the coaches who trained with us every day.
Yu Xiaosui gritted her teeth as she watched Bru's departing figure, wishing she could pounce on him and bite him to death.
Yu Xiaosui and Yu Xiaomai followed Captain Chen and Coach Wang back to the dormitory dejectedly. They were too ashamed to face Coach Xu and ran straight back to their room, refusing to open the door for anyone.
"Alright, let them reflect on their mistakes first. Let's think about what to do for tomorrow's competition!" Seeing that the Yu sisters were determined not to open the door, Coach Wang simply pulled everyone downstairs.
Several coaches sat in the lobby, looking worried and completely at a loss for what to do.
"I only brought the two Yu sisters this time, thinking they'd win gold... sigh!"
Coach Wang stopped halfway through his sentence. He knew that the matter was already settled, and saying anything more would be pointless and would only make everyone feel worse.
"The competition starts early tomorrow morning, and it's simply too late to send people from China now."
"
Coach Li said with a frown.
"We can't give up on the javelin event, can we? How about we see if there are any suitable people in other teams?" Coach Tang said.
