Chapter 530 Confusion
"What?" The other party seemed a little confused.
"Sulfuric acid." Su Jiujiu spoke each word, each one as if squeezed out from between her teeth, with cold determination, "I want the purest one, the one that can completely destroy a face."
There was silence for a moment on the other end of the phone, followed by a chuckle, with a hint of amusement and disdain.

At this moment, the door creaked open, and Su's mother came in with a bowl of soothing soup. As soon as she reached the door, she heard Su Jiujiu's words, each one filled with murderous intent.

The bowl in Su's mother's hand fell to the ground with a clang, soup splashed everywhere, and the porcelain bowl broke into several pieces.
Her face turned pale instantly, her body stood stiffly in place, her eyes wide open, filled with incredible fear.
Su Jiujiu turned around suddenly and saw Su's mother's terrified face.
A flash of panic flashed across her eyes, but it was quickly replaced by a deeper anger. She quickly hung up the phone and stared at Su's mother.
“Mom, you…”
"Jiujiu!" Su's mother's voice was trembling and filled with tears. She staggered a few steps and rushed to Su Jiujiu, grabbing her arm with her fingertips cold. "What did you say about sulfuric acid? What are you going to do with it? Who are you going to destroy? Are you crazy?"
Her voice was distorted by extreme fear, and tears welled up in her eyes and rolled down her cheeks.
"Don't worry about it!" Su Jiujiu shook off Su's mother's hand, her eyes fierce, like a wounded beast, "This is my business! It has nothing to do with you!"
"How can it be okay?! You're my daughter!"
Su's mother hugged Su Jiujiu's waist tightly, her voice filled with desperate pleading.
"Tell me what you're going to do? If you dare to do something like that, your life will be completely ruined! Our family will be completely ruined! You'll be arrested! You'll go to jail! Your life will be over!"
"It's over, it's over!" Su Jiujiu yelled hysterically, her eyes bloodshot.
"I'm done! My happiness was ruined by Ji Wan! My body was ruined by Chi Wenyan! I have nothing left! Why should I watch them happy?! Why!!"
She struggled, trying to break free from Su's mother's restraints, but Su's mother held her tighter, as if she wanted to knead her into her bones and blood.
"Jiujiu, sober up! You can't be so impulsive!" Mother Su shook her body desperately, her tears soaking Su Jiujiu's clothes. "Even if you hate her, even if you are in pain, you can't do this! This is illegal! It will ruin you forever! Listen to your mother and stop, okay? We can think of another way, another way."
"Another way?!" Su Jiujiu pushed Su's mother away, her eyes full of ridicule and hatred.

She approached Su's mother step by step, and the distorted expression on her face made Su's mother frightened.

Her eyes were filled with crazy paranoia, as if she had already seen the tragic scene of Ji Wan being corroded by sulfuric acid. The imagined scene actually made a kind of morbid satisfaction appear on her twisted face.
Looking at her daughter like this, Su's mother felt heartbroken, but at the same time, she felt an unprecedented fear. That was not her daughter, but a devil devoured by hatred.
Mother Su's body trembled, as if all her strength had been drained away. She looked at her daughter, whose face was horrible, and her heart ached. How could this be her Jiujiu? This wasn't her! This wasn't the daughter she had raised with so much hardship!

No! Her husband is still in the hospital, and she can't let him get hurt again. She has to rely on herself!
Su's mother called Lao Li. The phone rang for a long time before it was picked up.
"Hello? Master Li? I'm Su Jiujiu's mother." Su's mother's voice was crying, rapid and trembling.

With her back to Su Jiujiu, she desperately winked at Old Li on the other end of the line, her voice so low it was practically a whisper: "Master Li, please, this is a matter of life and death. Please don't let Jiujiu find out. Please give it to me quickly, I really need it."
