"Uncle." Lin Tian stood up and greeted Lin Yaotang.
"You're here, sit down." Lin Yaotang had just returned home from get off work. Seeing Lin Tian sitting in the living room, he greeted him and asked him to sit down.
Then Lin Yaotang changed his clothes and returned to the living room and said to Lin Tian, "How is your work lately?"
"It went quite smoothly. There was just a bit of commotion a while ago which was quite scary, but I didn't get involved." Lin Tian said simply.
"That's right, we should not get involved in those matters, but we don't have to be afraid of them even if they really provoke us." Lin Yaotang said.
"Yes, uncle." Lin Tian replied respectfully.
"I came to see you today because of something." Lin Yaotang said a few words of greeting and then went straight to the point.
"Just tell me if you have anything to say."
"You should know that I was transferred back to the capital this time thanks to an old leader. You should know that having gone through that era, I inevitably have some injuries on my body. "Okay." Lin Tian did not refuse and went back after having dinner at Lin Yaotang's house.
Three days later, Lin Yaotang sent someone to inform him to visit his uncle early on the weekend. When Lin Tian arrived at his uncle's house, he found that his uncle was already waiting for him in the car.
"Uncle." Lin Tian got in the car and greeted his uncle.
"Let's go." Lin Yaotang nodded and said to the driver.
After about twenty minutes, the car slowly stopped at the gate of a large courtyard. The last time Lin Tian came to such a large courtyard was when his master Wang Wujiu brought him here.
After checking the documents, the car was parked inside. Lin Tian looked out of the car window and saw that the buildings in the compound looked much newer than the last time he visited.
The car finally stopped in front of a two-story villa. Lin Yaotang asked the driver to wait for him in the car, and he took Lin Tian to knock on the door.
Knock, knock, knock! The person who opened the door was a young girl who looked quite familiar.
"Director Lin is here." The little girl said when she opened the door and saw Lin Yaotang.
"Xiaohong, is the old leader at home?" Lin Yaotang asked softly.
"Yes, I'm chatting with someone in the living room. My boss just asked why you haven't arrived yet."
After saying that, Xiaohong stepped forward to lead the way and brought Lin Yaotang and Lin Tian in.
"Haha, Lao Qian, you're here." Just as Lin Yaotang arrived at the door of the living room, he heard a loud laugh from inside.
"I was just talking to Lao Wang, why haven't you come yet?" A man who looked very tall, his hair was already gray, but it was combed meticulously.
"Old leader, Lin Yaotang is here to report." After saying this, Lin Yaotang stood up and saluted the two men. Lin Tian, who was standing behind him, also bowed slightly.
"Okay, okay, stop it. I'm coming down." The leader surnamed Qian waved his hand.
"Hehe, I didn't even know you, but you like this." Leader Wang said sarcastically.
"Okay, sit down. This is your nephew, right?" The leader surnamed Qian gestured to Lin Yaotang and Lin Tian to sit down.
"Hello, leaders." Lin Tian said.
"Young comrade, you look very energetic." The leader surnamed Wang said to Lin Tian.
“My leg was almost half useless before, and it hurt for years. It was only after my nephew treated it that I got it back, and now it’s no different from my other good leg,” Lin Yaotang said with praise.
"May I know what this young man's name is?" Lin Tian then noticed that there was also a person sitting on the other side of the living room, who should be quite old.
"My name is Lin Tian, and my master is Wang Wujiu." Lin Tian stood up and saluted the old man.
"Oh, Mr. Wang's apprentice." The old man said with some disapproval.
Lin Tian didn't care. He had the intention of ruining someone else's place today, so how could he expect others to be nice to him?
