A dull thud was heard, accompanied by a vibration in the car body.

Xie Shiyan's mind went blank, his only thought being the pale face of his wife in his arms. Without a word, he scooped Jiang Yining up in his arms and carefully, yet swiftly, slipped into the back seat of Lu Jingshen's car. Xiao Xiao quickly got into the passenger seat as well.
"Hold on tight?" Lu Jingshen stepped on the gas, and the car sped towards the nearest hospital like an arrow.
At the same time, Xie's father drove back and saw his son and daughter-in-law's car parked at a strange angle in front of the door, with the front and rear of the car touching intimately, but the people were nowhere to be seen. He immediately had a bad feeling.
He immediately dialed Xie Shiyan's number: "Ayan, what's going on at the door? Where are you and Ningning?"
Xie Shiyan's hoarse, tense, and trembling voice came from the other end of the phone: "Dad, Ningning has fainted. We're on our way to the Central Hospital."
