I gave you one chance.

When his clothes were tugged, Junlin looked down and saw the little guy's soft paws tugging at the corner of his sleeve, its big, bright black eyes blinking as it looked at him.

His silver eyes flickered slightly: "There's no need for farewells."

Bei Yan sniffed and said pitifully, "Could you carry me upstairs first? It's very uncomfortable for me to talk to you with my head tilted back like this."

Her fingers trembled slightly inside her wide sleeves, and she finally sighed helplessly before bending down to pick up the little one.

After finding a comfortable position in Junlin's palm, she raised her little head to look at Junlin.

"Well, I'd like a communication talisman." Since he planned to stay and repay the debt of gratitude, he had to tell his father and older brother, otherwise they would be very worried.

"Okay." The little guy must be trying to contact his family to come and take him home. Junlin opened his palm, and a communication talisman appeared in his hand.

"Here you go." Junlin handed the communication talisman to Beiyan, who picked it up with its mouth, jumped off Junlin's hand, and ran out of the tent with its paws.

Junlin watched as the white mass gradually disappeared from his sight, his hand clenching and unclenching.

Bei Yan carried the communication talisman to a corner and chattered on and on for a while before waving its paw and the talisman disappeared.

Having finally conveyed what she wanted to say to her father and elder brother, Bei Yan was overjoyed and gracefully followed the same path back.

Well, she said that she was used to being a dragon, always flying or swimming around, so suddenly becoming a cat and walking on land felt really novel.

When Bei Yan returned to the tent, she found it empty; the smelly man was nowhere to be seen.

The cat looked puzzled. What was going on? Where was everyone?

Should I go out and find that jerk or stay here and wait for him to come back?

After hesitating for a while, Bei Yan finally decided that it would be better to stay in the tent and wait for the stinky man to come back.

After all, his ability to find his way around was really worrying; otherwise, he wouldn't have gotten lost after sneaking out of the Dragon Palace.

Knowing his place perfectly, Bei Yan obediently jumped onto his own private soft couch, nestled in it, and comfortably closed his eyes.

Perhaps because of the commotion caused by his escape in the middle of the night, Bei Yan fell into a deep sleep not long afterward.

As the night grew deeper, Junlin, returning under the stars and moon, entered the tent and habitually glanced at the soft couch.

When he touched that familiar white mass on the soft couch, his silver eyes involuntarily shrank back, closed and opened them again, confirming that it was not his hallucination.

She strode briskly to the soft couch with her long legs, reached out her finger and gently poked the white ball, the familiar soft touch spreading straight from her fingertip to her heart.

Surprisingly, they didn't leave...

My empty heart seemed to be filled in an instant, and a warm current kept flowing out of my heart.

On his godlike face, his silver eyes seemed to swell with a joy that had been lost and then regained.

His lips curled into an uncontrollable smile, and his deep, magnetic voice carried a magical allure: "Little one, I gave you a chance, and you came back on your own."

Then I won't hold back. If you ever try to escape from me again, it will be impossible!
