On their first day in the land of cacti, the two didn't rush to find a suitable bar location, but instead went to learn about the local culture.
Our first stop was Guadalajara, the largest producer of agave.

The crushed agave cores are then mixed with water and yeast, and then placed in a fermentation tank to ferment for 7 to 12 days.
After fermentation, distillation begins, and the product is then aged in wooden barrels.
At this point, you need to look at the aging period of the wine; there are tequilas that have been aged for a few months.
There are aged tequila aged 1 to 3 years.
There are ultra-aged tequilas that are 8 to 10 years old.
The flavor and texture vary from year to year, and naturally, the price also varies...
As the two looked around, they discovered that tequila had become the soul of the local area.
Ancient Native Americans were already familiar with the sweet and juicy interior, which could be harvested for brewing and even used to worship the gods.

However, after eating, I started to miss the food from Kyushu.
Trying it occasionally is fine, but I would strongly refuse to eat it regularly.
As darkness fell, the main event began.
The two found a slightly larger bar.
It's quite popular, and it features unique tequila-inspired electronic music.
Tequila electronic music events are often held at night, where talented singers, DJs, and bands bring the atmosphere to a climax. Combined with the unique herbal flavor of tequila, the sensation of burning in the throat, and the lingering bitterness and aroma, it's simply a unique experience.
Many people come here seeking excitement, as well as a temporary escape from their troubles and monotonous work.

"Hey, people from Kyushu, that's a rare sight!" Just like we would be curious when we see foreigners in Kyushu, Garnier was also quite curious about Bei Chen and Lu Jiuning.
"Are you celebrities from Kyushu? You're so good-looking!"
Bei Chen and Lu Jiuning exchanged a smile. One was a mini-Lanling of Kyushu, and the other was hailed as the most beautiful bar owner in Kyushu. How could they not be good-looking?
The land of cacti speaks Spanish, but quite a few people speak English. Fortunately, Garnier knows some, so there wasn't much of a problem conversing.
"Kaniel, how do you all enjoy tequila here?"
