Chapter 393 Returning Home, New Mission! District 51!

On a plane bound for Beijing.

Yuan Yi declined the flight attendant's greetings and looked out at the bright sunshine.

A week has passed since he blew up the al-Qaeda training camp.

He was previously waiting in Africa for the bounty offered by al-Qaeda.

Unfortunately, their headquarters didn't know whether they were afraid Yuan Yi would give them two more MOP bombs or what.

Not a single word has been released about the bombing of one of their training camps in Libya.

Yuan Yi, urged by his superiors, returned directly to the capital.

Three hours later, the plane landed at the international airport.

As soon as Yuan Yi stepped out of the airport, a man and a woman walked directly towards him.

Looking at the two of them, Yuan Yi sighed.

"Is your bureau chief a ruthless exploiter like Zhou Bapi?"

Upon hearing Yuan Yi's words, the two men paused for a moment, then lowered their heads.

The affairs of their superiors were not something two lowly soldiers could discuss.

The man gestured for Yuan Yi to proceed.

Yuan Yi had no choice but to get into the car with the other party.

The vehicle drove directly towards a courtyard within the Second Ring Road of Beijing.

This was also Yuan Yi's first time visiting the Intelligence Bureau headquarters.

Looking at the security door that had passed numerous tests, Yuan Yi curled his lip.

Just then, Cheng Bing came out from inside to greet them and saw Yuan Yi, so he pursed his lips.

"I know this isn't difficult for you, but is it really necessary to go to such lengths?"

Cheng Bing spoke directly to Yuan Yi.

"No, the defenses are quite tight; ordinary people can't get in."

"Unless attacked head-on or bombarded with missiles."

"But if missiles were to fly over Beijing, then the air defense department should just go home and nurse!"

The entire capital city was the most heavily guarded place in China.

Aircraft flying over or landing in Beijing will be monitored and locked in their entirety.

If anything seems amiss, surface-to-air missiles will come knocking.

Let alone civil aviation, even our own people have to be subject to this kind of surveillance.

Hearing Yuan Yi's words, Cheng Bing smiled.

"If it were you, how would you sneak in?"

Yuan Yi rolled his eyes at Cheng Bing.

Who above doesn't know about the methods he used?

Is that even a question?

He can infiltrate other people's military camps; the base's biggest advantage is that it has a system!

Unfortunately, this is a unique ability of his that no one can replicate.

"What do you want me to do?"

Yuan Yi sat leisurely on the sofa in Cheng Bing's office and asked.

"It's about those things you brought back from South Africa!"

As Cheng Bing spoke, he took out a document and placed it on the table.

Yuan Yi looked up at the document marked "Top Secret".

"Would you like me to take a look?"

Cheng Bing was speechless upon hearing Yuan Yi's words.

"You're just full of nonsense!"

Yuan Yi shrugged and took it out directly. Inside the file was a stack of documents and several sets of photos.

The photo is a processed reconstruction of the appearance of the mysterious object.

A giant oval-shaped alien star with two layers.

"This is it?" Yuan Yi asked, looking at something he was completely unfamiliar with.

Cheng Bing came over with two glasses of water, gave one to Yuan Yi, and then took a sip of the other and said.

"This is the most accurate reconstruction so far; something may be missing."

Yuan Yi stared at the photo and looked at Cheng Bing.

"Is this an alien spaceship? Why doesn't it have a propulsion system?"

"You're asking me? Who should I ask?"

"Alright, stop talking nonsense."

"Let's get down to business."

Yuan Yi glanced at Cheng Bing, picked up his water glass, and took a sip.

"They've contacted us."

"???"

Yuan Yi looked at Cheng Bing.

"What's the meaning?"

"Emerica contacted us and said she was willing to jointly develop the research for this project."

"They will share all data!"

Yuan Yi scoffed after hearing Cheng Bing's words.

"When did they become so close?"

Cheng Bing shrugged: "Maybe they think we got the most important part?"

Yuan Yi looked at the photos on the table.

It is the restored console.

Yuan Yi pointed directly to the photo.

"Is this it?"

"Probably."

"However, the higher-ups have not acknowledged it."

Nonsense, it was a secret operation to begin with, only a fool would admit it.

This kind of thing might not be deciphered for decades or even centuries.

Now, let it gather dust in the archives forever.

"The higher-ups want to see if you can infiltrate Emily's District 51!"

Yuan Yi sat up straight and looked at Cheng Bing.

"That Area 51, which is full of alien spaceships and aliens?"

"Are there really alien spaceships and aliens there?"

Cheng Bing looked at Yuan Yi as if he were an idiot.

"You're asking me?"

"If I could get in, I wouldn't be looking for you!"

To be honest, Cheng Bing was very curious about District 51, but he had tested them openly and secretly many times before.

The defense there is extremely tight, even tighter than the White House.

He can put people around the president, but in Area 51 for decades, he hasn't managed to get a single person in.

"Are you having trouble?"

Yuan Yi shook his head: "It's not a matter of difficulty!"

"You know this lousy place better than I do. Do you think I can get in?"

District 51 is located in the Emmy Grant Valley, bordered by the Groom Mountains to the north, the Papoose Mountains to the south, and the Jumbled Hills to the east. In the center of the basin lies Groom Dry Lake, a dry sandy area approximately 6 kilometers in diameter and 5 kilometers in width.
