Let go

Let go

After class, Teacher Chen called Lin Xing out.

"Lin Xing, why are you staring at Song Huan so much during class? Are you not paying attention?" Teacher Chen's expression was a little unpleasant. This boy, who seemed gentle and considerate, was clearly not focused on the right thing.

Lin Xing "explained": "No, it's just that I was sitting behind her, so it was inevitable that I would see it."

Teacher Chen stared at him for a while with some doubt, then said seriously, "I'll trust you this time. Just concentrate in class and follow the teacher's pace. There's a Chinese test tomorrow, so study hard."

After saying that, he strode away.

Lin Xing chuckled softly and returned to the classroom.

Song Huan is doing handicrafts with Xu Han.

This Sunday is Song Huan's birthday, October 24th.

Song Huan folded the paper into a flower shape and then inserted it into the newly made branch.

The paper was chosen by Xu Han; it was rose red with rose patterns on the edges.

In the sunlight, it turned into a golden rose.

"Huanhuan, this flower is so hard to make, can you help me?" Xu Han handed the paper to Song Huan in a coquettish manner.

Song Huan nodded and folded one in a few minutes.

Lin Xing was quite engrossed in watching.

Sunlight shone on Song Huan, adorning her black hair with many sparkling stars. When she smiled, her eyes resembled crescent moons, and her rosy lips curved slightly upward, like a fairy sent down from heaven.

She looks so gentle, so very gentle.

He didn't come to his senses until his classmate next to him called him. After apologizing, he returned to his seat.

As he passed by Song Huan, his own flirtatious manner caused Song Huan's hair to flutter in the wind.

He swallowed hard, forcing himself not to get too excited.

The last class was English, and Ms. Luo arrived at the classroom early.

"Today we're going to talk about vocabulary." Teacher Luo picked up the textbook. "Turn to page 112 and read it with me."

The crowd chanted "Crush" in unison.

Half the class booed and jeered, "Crush, crush, does the teacher have a crush?"

Teacher Luo smiled and said, "Yes."

Everyone: "(ω) Hey!"

"Teacher, I want to hear!" A male student raised his hand expectantly, and was rewarded with a piece of chalk by the teacher.

"What are you kids thinking? It's good to have someone you like at this age, but don't let it affect your studies..." Teacher Luo said earnestly.

At this moment, Xu Han leaned over and asked Song Huan, "Huanhuan, do you have a crush?"

Upon hearing this question, Lin Xing, who was sitting behind Song Huan, felt a pang of anxiety.

Song Huan propped his head up with his pen, thought for a moment, and then said, "No."

Lin Xing finally relaxed.

"Oh~" Xu Han nodded, pretending to be deep in thought.

Song Huan: "......"

"You all want to hear it, right? I'll just spend a few minutes talking to you." These words from Teacher Luo on the podium aroused the students' enthusiasm.

"Teacher, please start speaking quickly!" the crowd urged.

Teacher Luo was somewhat speechless and began to tell her own story: "When I was in junior high school, I fell in love with him because of something. I studied hard for him and got into the same high school as him. It's just a pity that we went down different paths later."

When she said this, Teacher Luo's tone became noticeably somber.

Song Huan listened intently, and couldn't help but feel that the story was somewhat tragic and unrealistic.

She thought, "Why would I do this for someone like that?"

If it were her, she definitely wouldn't do that.

Xu Han, who was standing next to her, took out a few tissues and wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes, saying, "It's too hard, too hard."

But while everyone was sighing, one person wasn't listening.

Lin Xing, who was behind him, was leaning on the table. He picked up a pen and wrote two lines on his draft paper:

Lin Xing's crush: Song Huan

Becoming Song Huan's crush

He chuckled softly. He never imagined that he would fall for a girl in just one class period.

This girl's name is Song Huan.

This goal seemed unattainable, yet he was willing to do it for her.
