Chapter 130: Nine Tribulations and Ten Calamities

This catastrophe has been overcome.

Later there was the Liangyi Tribulation: also known as the "Yin Yang Qiankun Tribulation".

Yin and Yang, and Qian Kun, are actually two opposites, interdependent yet at odds with each other.

When heaven and earth begin again, they are accompanied by the two energies of yin and yang. Although these two energies are mutually reinforcing and restraining, they also transform into each other.

When they depend on each other, they can give birth to all things in the world, but when they fight each other, they will generate a huge magnetic field, that is, disaster.

Only by understanding Yin and Yang can one survive the second of the “Ten Tribulations”: the Yin-Yang Tribulation!

The Three Talents: Heaven, Earth, and Man. As the saying goes, Heaven is Qi, Earth is Form, and all things in the world are in harmony with Heaven and Earth, forming one.

When the world reopened and revived, humans had yet to form. Zhang Ling was the spiritual body of a saint left behind from the destruction of the previous world, and he did not belong to this new world. To survive in this new world, he had to maintain the balance between heaven and earth, merge into this world, and align with its innate nature. This is the "unity of heaven and man."

Only by achieving "harmony between man and nature" and becoming one with heaven and earth can one survive the third of the "Ten Tribulations": the Tribulation of the Three Elements!

The four disasters: Shaoyang, Taiyang, Shaoyin, and Taiyin.

Like spring, summer, autumn and winter, as the heaven and earth revive and gradually perfect themselves, this natural law of creation from nothing to something and then back to nothing, which is tangible but not substantial, will emerge.

Perhaps it is impermanence and fixedness. Only by understanding this natural law can one survive the fourth of the "Ten Disasters": the Four Symbols Disaster!

Five Elements: Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.

The beginning of heaven and earth was accompanied by the two energies of yin and yang, which then gave birth to the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth.

The essence of the five elements condenses to give birth to life. Only by grasping the origin of life and the root of life can one complete the fifth calamity among the "Ten Calamities": the Calamity of the Five Elements!

Liuhejie: Liuhe refers to the combination of the twelve Earthly Branches, corresponding to the twelve Hours of the Day: Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu, and Hai. Understanding the passage and flow of time, and mastering the laws of time, means surviving the sixth of the "Ten Jies": Liuhejie!

Seven Star Tribulations: refers to the seven stars Tianshu, Tianxuan, Tianji, Tianquan, Yuheng, Kaiyang and Yaoguang.

It also represents the great circulation of the celestial body. The existence and movement trajectory of the "Seven Stars" correspond to our heaven and earth.

Every time the "Seven Stars" shift, the heaven and earth rotate, and all things in the world change every seven days. Therefore, only by understanding the great movement of the heavens, understanding the changes of all things, and mastering the laws of heaven and earth can one overcome the seventh of the "Ten Tribulations": the Seven Star Tribulation!

Bagua Jie: When the heaven and earth are stable and all things in the world are moving according to their own trajectories, at this time, all individuals with living characteristics or inanimate characteristics will have their own destiny.

Only by understanding the birth, aging, sickness, death, past and future of all things can one survive the eighth of the "Ten Tribulations": the Bagua Tribulation!

Nine Palaces Disaster: The Nine Palaces divide the sky into nine equal parts using the shape of a well: Qian Palace, Kan Palace, Gen Palace, Zhen Palace, Zhong Palace, Xun Palace, Li Palace, Kun Palace, and Dui Palace.

The Nine Palaces affect the changes of all things in the world through their own changes and movements, or through the changes and movements of the objects they refer to. This is called "spatial change."

The common saying is called "feng shui".

Through "Feng Shui", the natural form and system of land veins, mountains and rivers can be changed.

All things in the universe evolve from zero to one. If there were no space, nothing would change, remaining forever in its most primitive state of existence. The changes in position between objects are measured by "time." However, the differences in the formation and movement of objects are measured by "space." Understanding space and comprehending the state of the universe means surviving the ninth of the "Ten Tribulations": the Nine Palace Tribulations!

Infinite Tribulation: This refers to the Dao Tribulation. Taoists believe that "nine" represents the ultimate, and that when the ultimate is reached, change occurs. By integrating and consummating the previous nine tribulations, one has transcended the Infinite Tribulation, also known as the Dao Tribulation.

At this time, "I" is "Tao" and "Tao" is "I", and the form of life has completely changed.

Tao is the beginning of the universe and the earth, the mother of all things, and the eternal and absolute metaphysical existence. By achieving this, it not only possesses the ability to create the world, but also is immortal and indestructible, lasting forever.

In simple terms, the ten kalpas are summarized as follows:

After experiencing chaos, understanding yin and yang, achieving the unity of man and nature, understanding the laws, understanding life, knowing time, understanding the rules, mastering destiny, understanding space, and finally becoming the Tao.

From now on, you will be immortal, exist forever, and have infinite life and blessings!
