The bamboo shoot fish steamed in soy sauce is very tender. Although the fish looks ugly, the meat is very tender, almost as tender as freshly baked tofu pudding, and the texture is very distinct.

Strangely, despite the customers diligently eating, the sweet potato noodles in the soup bowls seemed to multiply on their own; the amount didn't decrease, but the soup became less and less. As if anticipating this, the young waiter came over with a copper kettle with a long spout and refilled the chicken broth twice.

So by the end of the meal, the four guests all collapsed in their seats with their bellies full, too lazy to move at all, their eyes constantly glancing at the table, their tongues still savoring the wonderful taste.
