Chapter 133 Too Lack of Time to Pamper Her

evening.

The two doors opened at the same time, and as if by telepathy, a man and a woman looked at each other.

Their eyes met, and both of them smiled.

But Jiang Yumeng suddenly thought of something, and her pretty face turned red, as if she had thought of something shameful.

She then gave Gu Fan a resentful look.

That scoundrel made her have to go back to her room to rinse her mouth in the end.

That taste was so strange.

But it's so amazing and exciting!

"Miss, Mr. Gu, the master has asked you both to come down for dinner."

The maid happened to come up and saw this scene, and said respectfully.

"OK."

Jiang Yumeng nodded, then looked at Gu Fan and said, "Let's go, senior."

Gu Fan nodded.

The two walked downstairs side by side; anyone who didn't know better would think they had just come out of a room.

"Did you rest well?" Old Jiang was already waiting on the first floor. He smiled and asked when he saw the two of them come down.

Jiang Yumeng smiled and said, "It's great."

Gu Fan smiled and said, "Very good."

Old Jiang gave the two of them a strange look: "You two didn't end up in the same room, did you?"

Jiang Yumeng's pretty face immediately turned bright red.

Seeing his beloved daughter's expression, Old Jiang's heart skipped a beat.

Oh no! Could it really be true?

Will my own cabbage be stolen?

Fortunately, Gu Fan reacted quickly and replied, "Uncle, you misunderstand. We are not staying in the same room."

Jiang Yumeng glared at her father with a hint of embarrassment and reproach: "Dad, what are you saying?"

"Ahem, I'm just concerned about you. Daughter, Xiao Gu, let me tell you, some things must be considered carefully, and you must not act impulsively."

Old Jiang spoke in a didactic tone, but his gaze was fixed on Gu Fan.

He knew his daughter was already pregnant, so he mainly had to rely on Gu Fan.

Gu Fan understood what he meant and nodded in agreement: "Uncle, don't worry, I understand."

Upon hearing this, Old Jiang breathed a sigh of relief.

Fortunately, this kid is sensible.

Jiang Yumeng didn't react at all.

"Alright, your mother will be here soon. Go wash your hands and get ready for dinner," Old Jiang said, offering a simple reminder without elaborating further on the matter.

Jiang Yumeng's eyes lit up: "Is Mom here?"

No sooner had the words left his mouth than a car headlight came from outside the door.

Gu Fan said to Jiang Yumeng, "Let's go wash our hands first."

No sooner had the two left than Old Jiang trotted out to greet his wife.

A Rolls-Royce was parked outside. The driver opened the door, and Mrs. Jiang was sitting in the back seat.

"Wife, you must be tired from your journey." Old Jiang gentlemanly reached out and helped his wife down.

Because driving was inconvenient, Madam Jiang came by plane. As soon as she landed, a driver was waiting for her. If she had driven, it would have taken too long to get from the capital to Guangzhou.

Madam Jiang curiously looked around the villa.

"Not bad, Lao Jiang, you have good taste."

The location and environment of this villa are excellent, and Lao Jiang bought it according to her aesthetic preferences.

It has to be said that when it comes to spoiling his wife, Lao Jiang is absolutely masterful.

Old Jiang said proudly, "It's alright. I just happened to see it and thought you'd like it, so I bought it."

Madam Jiang's lips curled slightly, then, as if remembering something, she suddenly asked, "By the way, where are my daughter and son-in-law?"

Upon hearing this, Old Jiang's face showed some resentment: "Wife, you can't play like this. You're concerned about them as soon as you arrive, but why don't you care about your husband?"

Madam Jiang glanced at him and said, "You're even jealous of the younger generation. What a pathetic person you are."

Old Jiang glared: "Isn't that what they mean by 'a married daughter is like water spilled from a bowl,' meaning I'll still be there for you until we grow old together?"

"Okay, okay, let's go, I'm hungry."

Madam Jiang rubbed her temples.

"Alright! The food is ready."

As soon as the two went inside, Gu Fan and Jiang Yumeng came out to greet them.

"Mother!"

Jiang Yumeng, with her petite frame, lunged forward.

Madam Jiang caught her affectionately, and said with a hint of reproach, "You're such a grown-up, yet you're still so reckless."

Jiang Yumeng blinked and giggled, "I just missed you."

"I don't see why you miss me. Now that you have a boyfriend, are you still thinking about home?" Madam Jiang said with a half-smile.

Jiang Yumeng blushed and retorted, "No way, no matter what, Mom and Dad are always my dearest Mom and Dad."

Madam Jiang immediately smiled, and it was clear that she was very happy.

"Sister Lin, it's been a long time."

Gu Fan finally had a chance to speak, and greeted them with a smile.

Madam Jiang smiled and said, "Gu Fan, it's been quite a while since we last met. I hope my daughter hasn't caused you any trouble during this time."

Gu Fan quickly replied, "No, Mengmeng is very nice. In fact, I'm indebted to her for taking care of me."

Jiang Yumeng, who was standing to the side, immediately smiled smugly.

Madam Jiang raised an eyebrow: "Oh? This girl has this skill?"

Jiang Yumeng stared wide-eyed in surprise: "No, Mom, what do you mean? So you think I'm bad?"

Old Jiang then stood up for his daughter, saying, "How could that be? My daughter is the best!"

Jiang Yumeng raised her chin.

Madam Jiang didn't want to see the father and daughter, so she said to Gu Fan, "Take these two days to get familiar with the place. You can come back to stay here often in the future."

Gu Fan nodded: "Thank you, Sister Lin."

The couple usually live in Beijing, since their company is there, and the villa here was bought for their daughter to live in.
