Jiang Yumeng turned on his computer and started watching a movie.
When Gu Fan finished his work, Jiang Yumeng was engrossed in watching, and she didn't even notice him walking up behind her.
Gu Fan's gaze fell on the movie and he discovered that the girl was actually watching a horror movie.
And she was clearly terrified; her body was stiff.
"Mengmeng!"
"ah!!"
The sudden call startled Jiang Yumeng, who said resentfully, "Why are you scaring me?"
Gu Fan was both amused and exasperated: "I just called you, why are you watching a horror movie?"
"Well, I originally wanted to watch a variety show, but then a cover appeared on the homepage, and I looked at it out of curiosity." Jiang Yumeng said, patting her chest with lingering fear, "But it was so scary! The monsters in the movie were terrifying."
Gu Fan smiled. He knew that movie; it was the recently released "Alien," which was indeed quite disgusting.
He then asked, "Are you going to sleep separately from me tonight? If so, I'll come and help you clean."
Jiang Yumeng hesitated for a moment, then nodded: "Okay."
Gu Fan tempted, "Are you sure you're not afraid to sleep alone?"
Upon hearing this, images of horror movies immediately flashed through Jiang Yumeng's mind. Feeling a little guilty, she still mustered her courage and said, "I... how could I be afraid? I've been able to sleep alone for a long time!"
And isn't she afraid that her elders will misunderstand?
The two are not married yet, and she would feel uncomfortable if they shared a room.
Gu Fan smiled meaningfully: "Alright, I'll listen to you."
What an adorable little girl!
