Old Jiang thought for a moment, then said, "Mengmeng won't be with you at your calligraphy seminar."
Gu Fan was taken aback, then asked in confusion, "Why?"
Old Jiang chuckled: "It's like this, an old friend of mine will be back in the next couple of days, and I need to take Mengmeng to visit him."
"What old friend?"
A plaintive voice rang out, and Jiang Yumeng pushed open the door and entered.
Old Jiang's face darkened: "Girl, you've been eavesdropping on our conversation again!"
Jiang Yumeng pouted: "I didn't do it on purpose. By the way, Lao Jiang, who are you taking me to see?"
Old Jiang said slowly, "It's your Uncle Fei."
Jiang Yumeng was taken aback, then her eyes widened in surprise. "Uncle Fei? Isn't he in France?" she exclaimed.
Old Jiang chuckled: "He's back. After all these years, you should still remember him, right?"
Jiang Yumeng nodded: "I do remember that..."
She paused, then changed the subject: "But I want to stay with my brother!"
In her heart, Gu Fan was more important!
Old Jiang said irritably, "He's a grown man, why does he need you to keep him company?"
Jiang Yumeng stubbornly replied, "That's exactly what I need! I'm worried about not being by my brother's side!"
Gu Fan said gently, "Mengmeng, I'll be fine on my own."
Jiang Yumeng glared at him: "Shut up, brother! Listen to me!"
Gu Fan was somewhat helpless; when this little girl got stubborn, she wouldn't give face to anyone!
Old Jiang's lips twitched. He sighed and then said, "Mengmeng, you have to listen to me and come with me this time, because your brother Xuan is back."
Brother Xuan?
Gu Fan's expression shifted, and he suddenly had a bad feeling.
Jiang Yumeng's face froze.
