Chapter 2. Star Wanderer
[Stardate 1415+37, near the Carina Nebula]
Lilith's spaceship was gliding through the ionized gas belt in "dolphin play mode", with a stream of rainbow particles dragging out from its stern - this was the interstellar graffiti protocol she had just written using the residual energy of warp speed. The principle was to compile electromagnetic storms into visible light poems. Interstellar dust like frosting was floating outside the porthole. Lilith was using nano tentacles to repair the hull scratched by micrometeorites - these biological materials would repair themselves, but she enjoyed the ritual of maintaining them with her own hands.
Three hundred boxes of rainbow dumplings in the cargo hold trembled slightly with gravity. The seventh box, due to the "jumping chocolate" effect, was shifting on the shelf. Ryan's scribbled handwriting flickered on the lid:
"This box contains a Space-Time Mint Candy Core. If you sneeze after consuming it, you may spray out Nano Sakura!"
When she opened the 42nd box, the sensor suddenly detected abnormal fluctuations.
The navigation screen shows that a dying star is collapsing into a black hole, and an alien research vessel is about to be captured by the gravitational field.
"Emotion Recognition: Urgent. Suggesting activation of 'Ice Rescue Mode'?" the spaceship asked softly.
Lilith swallowed the dumpling and tapped the console lightly with her fingertips:
"Approved. By the way, record the frequency of their wails—Noah needs to update the disaster warning database."
The silver-white spaceship suddenly deformed, and tentacle-like energy cables wrapped around the alien hull, creating a doughnut-shaped space-time warp at the edge of the black hole.
When the alien research vessel was about to be swallowed, Lilith's spaceship suddenly folded into a ring-shaped star, and the mycelial tentacles wove into a glutinous rice-textured net, gently wrapping the alien hull.
"Sugar conversion protocol activated, energy consumption ≈ 1.2 red bean paste units"
During the traction process, the spacecraft played the original wailing frequency that Lilith had just recorded and transmitted it to Noah in real time:
"Sending real-time data packet: Sorrow frequency Δ-07, purpose: Noah's disaster database update"
Three minutes later, the alien was rescued.
They trembled and sent a thank you signal: "Which god are you?"
Lilith's reply, accompanied by nano-sugar powder, floated towards the other party's window:
"Dessert lovers passing by, please remember to give a five-star rating."
After being rescued, the alien scientists discovered words appearing on the engine's icing:
"Sprinkling powdered sugar on a star triggers the Wishing Star program."
(Three months later, this group of scientists actually discovered a new resource planet)
[Inside the spacecraft]
On the return journey, the information packet processed by Noah traveled through time and space through the quantum entanglement channel, and when it arrived, it was still warm from the Venus coffee machine:
Includes a modified version of Lullaby based on the data of Sorrow;
The holographic origami cat that Ryan's granddaughter coded is chasing after the data stream Sakura;
Complaint log from StarNet Server 7: "This week's data stream snacks are only 7.3% sweet. Requesting more dango-flavored encrypted bytes!"
Noah's note: "Based on your theory of entanglement between wailing and laughter, the civilization risk assessment model has been updated - the accuracy of the 'Lilith Sweetness Algorithm' has increased by 7%."
Lilith replied with a smile:
"The quantum entanglement between wails and laughter is 89.7%—this is civilization."
The spacecraft suddenly braked—
A piece of space-time amber drifted by, containing petal particles from the explosion of an ancient star.
When Lilith used the nanonet to salvage it, the amber suddenly melted into the mycelial hull:
"Anti-entropy particles that can cultivate eternal cherry blossoms have been detected"
She was silent for three seconds, then suddenly placed both hands on the console.
"Activate the Trans-Spacetime Express Delivery Protocol! Default coordinates: Eternal Square, Venus. Delivery time: Sakura Festival 1490."
Noah's remote assistance voice came from deep in the cabin:
"Express delivery note generated: Order number ∞-1415-Sakura, note 'Romance Promised by God'."
The porthole reflected her eternally young face, and the newly added damage marks on the hull had quietly healed themselves.
