The next morning, Ruanruan woke up early.

Being a light sleeper, he heard crackling sounds outside. He frowned slightly, then remembered that there was only another little one at home, so he simply got up, put on a loose pair of pajamas with long sleeves and long pants, and walked out of the room.
He immediately saw the little guy busy in the kitchen, frantically holding a spatula in his hand, his body retreating almost a meter. The corners of his mouth curled up, and his heart was filled with warmth.
With this little one busy in the kitchen, it seems like the whole house has become warmer.
The little guy has grown up!
He leaned silently against the kitchen door frame and looked at the little guy inside.
"Ouch." Ruanruan screamed in pain. She was so far away, how could she be splashed by the oil inside? The oil was so strong that she shook her hands.
As soon as she was thrown into the air, she was grabbed by a pair of strong hands and rushed straight into the water. Ji Qingyan saw that she was splashed with oil and did not care to look at it. He anxiously pressed her hand and said, "Don't move."
His chest was pressed against her back, and she could even feel his rapid heartbeat. It seemed as if all her attention was sucked away by him, and she could no longer feel the pain in her hand.
Ji Qingyan held her hand and rinsed it with cold water for a few minutes. Looking at the red spots on the back of her white and tender hand, his eyes flashed with heartache, and his tone was coaxing, "Does it still hurt?"
She shook her head softly, "It doesn't hurt."
She wanted to pull her hand away, but he held it tightly, his tone becoming more serious and stern, "I need to apply medicine."
After saying that, he took her to the living room, got the medicine box, and carefully applied the ointment for her. Fearing that she would feel pain, he blew on it gently. In fact, Ruanruan could no longer feel the pain. It was just a little painful when it splashed on her, but seeing his caring look, she let him do it.
I almost forgot!
"My food!" She suddenly remembered that she seemed to have not turned off the fire just now. Now it was going to be burnt. She stood up and wanted to go to the kitchen.
"You stay here." He held her down and got up to go to the kitchen.
He quickly cleaned up and made two new breakfasts.
Ruanruan sat lazily at the dining table. Ji Qingyan knew what she was thinking without having to guess.
She is so innocent that all her thoughts are shown on her face.
He smiled and ruffled her hair, praising her for her kindness. She was visibly happy. "Then I'll try harder next time."
Ji Qingyan didn't discourage her enthusiasm, but agreed immediately, "Okay, I'll do it with you next time."
When Ruanruan finished her meal and was about to go out, she saw Ji Qingyan already at the door.
"Are you going out today too?" She thought he was not going to the company today, but she didn't expect he still had to go out. It's really tiring, she thought while changing her shoes.
"Um."
Ji Qingyan spoke slowly, waiting for her to pack up before following her downstairs, "Wait here for me, I'll go drive."
Ruanruan looked at her and asked uncertainly, "Are you going with me?"
He gave her a reassuring look; his meaning was obvious.

She hadn't expected such treatment. He even personally sent her there, saving her the trouble of taking a taxi. After getting in the car, she suddenly thought, "Will this delay your trip to the company?"

He turned around, got out of the car and walked towards the young man. Ji Qingyan was about to get out of the car and follow him when his cell phone rang.
It was Lin Sheng calling. Their project with Ivy from abroad had been snatched up by Tianli. He looked serious, "What's going on?"
This project is Ji Shi’s most urgent project at the moment. He has been eyeing it for so long and cannot give it up at this critical juncture.
"What are you looking at, little brat?"
