Normally, this lion is kept in the Green Garden of Rose Manor and doesn't cause much trouble. It is only released when Mu Nanxun gives the order.

Yi Yi's expression didn't change much, as if she hadn't heard Mark's roar.

Mu Nanxun's lips curled into a wide smile, his dark eyes growing even more intense. He thought, "Let's see how this little girl kowtows and begs for mercy in a moment!"
Sure enough, as soon as Mark was released, it took off running towards Mu Nanxun and Yi Yi. All the servants were sweating bullets for Yi Yi. Such a beautiful girl might soon be torn to pieces by this lion.

Everyone held their breath in fright and covered their eyes, unable to bear the sight of a little girl being brutally murdered.
After waiting for a while, there was still no movement.
Something's not right, this isn't what I expected.
Everyone opened their eyes, only to find that the scene before them was completely different from what they had imagined.
Holy crap, this is unbelievable!
Everyone gasped in shock.
Instead of biting Yi Yi, Mark obediently lay down at her feet, rubbing his furry head against her legs. Occasionally, he would stick out his tongue and lick her ankle in a pleading manner.
What's going on? The art style is so warm and cozy, it's almost eerily so!
Is this still the same ferocious, wicked lion? This is clearly a docile little dog busy trying to please its master.
"Mmm, good girl~"
Yi Yi's voice was soft and sweet. With her hands tied behind her back, she couldn't touch Mark, so she could only squat down and rest her head on Mark's body. Mark clearly enjoyed this, lying on his back and frolicking happily.
It's hard to imagine such a huge creature trying to position itself as a docile and cute little dog, begging for attention and affection from its owner.
If you didn't see it with your own eyes, who would believe it!
Mu Nanxun's expression changed. This good-for-nothing!
