Yi Yi then looked around carefully. The place was lush and green, full of familiar scents and smells, and it certainly didn't look like the dark, oppressive, and bloody hell of legend.
This place looked somewhat familiar, yet somewhat strange. She was lying in what seemed like a warm, cozy nest.
"So you saved me, Dudu?"
"Fool." Chen Dudu said noncommittally.
That's it.
In this world, probably only Dudu would be willing to risk everything to save her from dire situations time and time again.
A surge of gratitude and guilt welled up inside her. Foxes are the most grateful of all creatures, and no amount of repayment could ever seem enough to repay Dudu for how she had treated her.
