"You look awful crying." Mu Nanxun's heart softened instantly. She put on a disgusted look, but a smile still shone through her eyes and brows.
"So what if it's ugly? It's for you to see anyway, I can't see it myself." Yi grinned, puffing out a shiny snot bubble.
Mu Nanxun sighed, resigning himself to his bad luck, and said, "That's true."
However, after some effort, he finally discovered that there was a lock on the chain, and he had to unlock the lock to untie the chain.
Seeing this, Jiang Shanshan smugly interjected again, "Don't bother, you can't solve it."
Upon hearing this, Mu Nanxun tried to pull the chain open again. However, despite using almost all his strength, the chain remained undamaged.
Jiang Shanshan explained, "This chain was specially developed by you humans to imprison us alien races. Later, my grandmother Arno obtained it and used it to imprison those disobedient spirit foxes. It can't be opened by any other means except the key, so don't waste your energy."
Mu Nanxun refused to believe it and exerted all his strength again. With a deep, muffled roar, Mu Nanxun's entire face turned bright red, the veins on his neck bulged noticeably, and large beads of sweat streamed down his sharply defined cheeks.

"The key." Mu Nanxun spoke again impatiently, opening his palm and stretching it out towards Jiang Shanshan.
After Jiang Shanshan stopped, she suddenly remembered that she was on her own territory and that she was the future leader of the Spirit Fox Clan. Why should she be afraid of a mere human?
So, Jiang Shanshan cleared her throat and crossed her arms. "Why should I tell you where the key is? That's a secret of our Spirit Fox Clan. Besides, Yi Yi is now a wanted criminal of the Spirit Fox Clan, and you are the human that my Grandma Arno hates the most. You can't even protect yourself, yet you still want to save a wanted criminal. In your human terms, that's called asking for trouble, adding insult to injury."
