Zhou Chunmei sighed and went out, closing the door behind her.
Su Tiantian yawned and drifted off to sleep.
Su Yongli was sleeping beside her, with a section of her tail draped over Su Tiantian's little hand.
When Su Tiantian woke up in the morning, she rubbed the sleep from her eyes and then nudged Su Yongli.
"Little Fox, wake up."
She's already up, so Su Yongli definitely has to get up too.
Su Yongli stretched and slowly jumped off the bed.
Su Tiantian put on her shoes and followed them out.
Liu Xiaohua came over with a smile and took her hand: "Get up, we're having seafood noodles this morning."
"Come sit down, let Grandma comb your hair."
Liu Xiaohua braided Su Tiantian's hair into two small braids and then clipped them with crystal hair clips.
Su Tiantian ran to rinse her mouth, while Su Yongli watched from a short distance away.
After everything was tidied up, I went to the kitchen to have breakfast.
After eating her fill, Su Tiantian was ready to go out and play.
She was going to find Wang Jiao, and Su Yongli followed slowly behind, occasionally catching butterflies.
When she arrived at Wang Jiao's house, Wang Jiao's mother greeted her with a smile, "Sweetie, come in and have some candy."
Wang Jiao's mother is very gentle. Her husband is a soldier, and they only have one daughter, Wang Jiao. In two years, they will be able to apply for family reunification with their husbands, and Wang Jiao's mother will take Wang Jiao with her then.
Wang Jiao peeked out from behind her mother and called out to Su Tiantian with a smile, "Tiantian, you got up even earlier than me today!"
Su Tiantian loves playing in the mud, and so does she; they are the best friends in the village.
Normally, whoever gets up early comes to find them.
"Thank you, Auntie, but I don't want candy, my teeth will hurt..."
Su Tiantian looked at the milk candy in Wang Jiao's mother's hand and shook her head regretfully.
It was her first time being a human, and once she could eat, she had no restraint. She learned to deceive people with her appearance, and that acting cute and pretending to cry could achieve her goals.
But she soon reaped the bitter fruit; toothache isn't just a matter of life and death, it can be excruciating.
Even though she's a dragon princess, she still gets toothaches.
So she learned her lesson and is now able to control herself.
"Okay, then have a boiled egg."
Wang Jiao's mother said with a smile.
Su Tiantian has a sweet tooth; she can still eat an egg.
There's still a small crack.
She and Wang Jiao ate eggs together, and then they went out.
Is the old man coming with us too?
After seeing Dai Ping'an, Wang Jiao whispered to Su Tiantian.
Su sweet dessert.
Dai Ping'an rarely visits other people's homes unless necessary, and when he goes out with her, he usually waits for her from a distance.
Wang Jiao got used to it.
The two walked hand in hand, skipping and hopping along.
The fishing village was large. The two of them carried small buckets, first digging some thin mud from the beach, then digging some dry mud from the ground, and then began to knead it...
Dai Ping'an could only look up at the sky and sigh at the innocence of children.
Su Yongli squatted down next to Dai Pingan. He also disliked the little princess playing in the mud, and he didn't want to go over and get covered in mud himself.
But this happens to be Su Tiantian's favorite game: first, they make shapes, then they see who can throw them the farthest.
Wang Jiao also put all her effort into throwing it.
Seeing Wang Jiao throw the objects so far away time and time again, Su Tiantian had no choice but to resort to some tricks.
"good!"
A cheer rang out, and Su Tiantian and Wang Jiao both looked over.
Seeing that it was the same old man from yesterday, both of them were somewhat dissatisfied.
"Little girls, we meet again. Are you playing in the mud again?"
Sun Anguo smiled kindly when he saw Su Tiantian. This little girl was really beautiful. In the past two years, he had traveled all over the country and had never seen a child more beautiful than her.
No wonder she's a lucky woman.
"Where are you from, buddy?"
Dai Ping'an, who was leaning against the roadside and almost asleep, sat up when he heard the sound.
He looked at the man, who appeared to be in his sixties, and began to inquire.
Wang Jiao had already pulled Su Tiantian to Dai Ping'an's side.
The black cat watched Sun Anguo from the shadows, its tail twitching slightly as it went into alert mode.
"Hey, what a coincidence, buddy! Is this little girl yours?"
Sun Anguo smiled at Dai Pingan. He hadn't actually seen the old man before, but luckily he reacted quickly and immediately greeted Dai Pingan to get closer to him.
"My name is Sun Anguo. I came to the seaside to collect some things, such as seahorses for medicinal purposes. I'm just wandering around."
Sun Anguo walked towards Dai Ping'an with a friendly smile.
"We're collecting seahorses."
Dai Pingan narrowed his eyes.
Sun Anguo nodded, took out a few White Rabbit milk candies from his pocket, and handed them to Dai Ping'an, saying, "Brother, could you help me make an introduction? I'd like to get these candies for my kids."
"The seahorse I need isn't your average seahorse; it takes some skill and luck to find. If you have a recommendation, that would be great."
There was nothing wrong with what he said, and there were no loopholes.
The candy he brought was unwanted by all the children in the village, except for that greedy little girl who ate one yesterday.
If we send some out now, several more children will be able to eat, including this lucky little girl.
"Thank you then."
Dai Ping'an took the candy and then said to Sun Anguo, "Then come with me. I'll talk to the villagers and see if anyone has seahorses to sell to you."
Sun An watched as Dai Ping'an put the candy into his pocket without giving it to the two children. Although he was puzzled, he didn't ask any further questions and followed Dai Ping'an away.
It would be suspicious if they didn't follow at this time.
He thought to himself, "There are quite a few candies. The villagers love their children so much, they wouldn't secretly eat them all and not give any to the children."
These two little girls are not from the same family; I guess they didn't want to share them with other children.
Dai Pingan took the person away, and Su Tiantian and Wang Jiao continued playing.
They were undisturbed and played until Dai Pingan returned.
"It's time to go home for lunch."
Dai Pingan reminded the two children who were having a great time.
Before they had used up all the mud, the two secretly hid it away and then went home.
On the way back, Su Tiantian kept looking at Dai Ping An Pocket.
Dai Ping'an said with a smile, "Little one, do you want some candy?"
Su Tiantian nodded; she could choose to eat what Wang Jiao's mother gave her or not.
It's fine if she doesn't eat, but she always misses the baby in Dai Ping'an's arms even if she doesn't eat it.
Dai Pingan smiled and patted Su Tiantian's hair, saying, "I'll get it for you when we get home."
This was given to me by a stranger. Sun Anguo didn't seem to be acting strangely, but you still shouldn't eat anything he gives you.
I have milk candy and fruit candy at home, and I feel more at ease eating candy that I bought myself.
But babies shouldn't eat too much either.
When they got home, Dai Ping'an first helped Su Tiantian wash her hands, and then went inside to get her some candy.
Thinking about what was in his pocket, Dai Ping'an peeled the skin and threw it to the poultry to eat.
Both chickens and ducks love to eat it, so they've been to chickens and ducks that have tasted sugar.
Su Tiantian was satisfied with just one milk candy.
At lunchtime, Liu Xiaohua asked her if she had fun.
Su Tiantian was delighted and very happy; she wished she could win a few more times.
Liu Xiaohua shook her head helplessly. The little guy could play with anything else, but it just had to be mud…
This resulted in Wang Jiao being the only one among all the children in the village who played with her all the time; the other children didn't like playing in the mud anymore...
