Chapter 11: Death is quite unfair (1/2)

In a one-gallon black pottery pot was a withered locust tree, devoid of branches and leaves, leaving only the bare trunk.

There were black marks all over the tree, like an old tree that had died in a fire.

And at the top of the dead tree, on a branch, sat a little person with sharp eyebrows, bright eyes, and a high ponytail.

"Yuexi, here, something delicious."

Mingyuechen handed the black shadow to the villain.

The little guy took a look, then looked at Li Shu who was walking over, and asked if he could eat.

"Yuexi, first go back to his life and see if he's really dead before eating."

Li Shu was too lazy to figure out the origin of this corpse ghost, so he asked Tao Yuexi to trace it back.

Tao Yuexi nodded and expanded the ghost domain to cover the black shadow. Soon, the scenes before the corpse ghost's death were unfolded in front of the two ghosts like a movie.

"It's quite an unjust death."

After reading it, Ming Yuechen shook his head and sighed.

Li Shu smeared hand oil on his hands and said without looking up, "This man died in June last year and turned into a corpse in October. In the first three days, he had to kill one person to change his body. He killed countless people to achieve the current one person per month.

The killing is too heavy, and the current situation is special, so I can't enter the reincarnation cycle. I'd better eat it."

It is convenient and safe, and it can also nourish Tao Yuexi and help her recover soon, killing two birds with one stone.

When the black shadow heard Li Shu's words, he wanted to struggle, but he couldn't move at all.

Who could have thought that he just killed someone and ended up attracting a thousand-year-old monster, who brought him here without saying a word.

Then, there is a thousand-year-old mystery here.

What’s even more terrifying is that these two thousand-year-old monsters actually listened to the words of a little girl.

Then isn't this little girl more terrifying than the thousand-year-old monster?

What had happened to him that he encountered so many monsters?

The corpse ghost wailed in his heart.

But he couldn't move, and could only watch as the dead tree reached out a dead branch to wrap around him and drag him into the tree.

Li Shu stared at the old locust tree.

The old locust tree hasn't changed at all.

It seems that there is still a long way to go before this thousand-year-old locust tree can be restored to its original state.

But it doesn’t matter. She will stay in this world for decades. This world is not peaceful either. She can always recover.

"Eat more, you'll recover."

Mingyuechen comforted the little man in the tree.

The little man nodded and leaned against the tree, closing his eyes to rest.

Li Shu also stood up and walked towards the bedroom.

"It's getting late, let's all rest."

Li Shu turned off his cell phone, threw himself on the bed, and soon fell asleep.

Have a good night's sleep.

Li Shu slept until he woke up naturally, and it was already past ten in the morning.

Gu~

My stomach growled at the right moment.

"I'm so hungry. Let's pack up and go out for breakfast."

Li Shu turned over and got out of bed, quickly washed and changed his clothes, picked up his mobile phone and looked at the potted plants on the table and the plum umbrella hanging on the coat rack by the door.

"I'm going out to have breakfast and walk around. Do you want to come?"

"go."

The child on the potted plant replied.

The plum blossom umbrella moved, and Ming Yuechen's voice came: "I'm going too."

"Then together."

Li Shu picked up the potted plant and took the plum umbrella and went downstairs happily.

Li Shu found a small breakfast shop on a nearby street and strode in.

Placing the potted plant and the plum umbrella on the table, Li Shu glanced at the menu posted on the wall and called out, "Boss, give me a bowl of rice noodles, a basket of steamed dumplings, a basket of siu mai, a basket of crystal buns, and a grilled sausage."

The boss poked his head out of the kitchen and saw that Li Shu was alone. He asked kindly, "Miss, my portion is large. Can you finish this much?"

"I can finish it. I have a big appetite."

Li Shu smiled and turned back.

But he paused when he saw the boss's face clearly.
