Chapter 143 Calling the Police
The street was crowded and noisy, so the sound of the slap was not obvious, but it still attracted the attention of the people around.

Meng Tan thought she was trying to get someone to come, so he sneered, "Go ahead, call everyone you know. I want to see if you have the ability to get me in."
As he spoke, he glanced around unhappily, "Stop looking. If you keep looking, you'll all be taken away by the police as witnesses."
When the people around heard him say this, they were afraid of getting into trouble, and seeing that there was nothing exciting to see, they all dispersed. Only the person who called the police stayed.
He said to Gao Li, "The police will be here soon. You'd better wait here."
Gao Li had already sent the message by this time. After thanking him, he pulled Yu Huan away from Meng Tan, as if afraid of contracting the virus.
Meng Tan covered his face and looked at the two of them with a gloomy expression. The meaning in his eyes was obvious, he was thinking about how to deal with them.
Gao Li glared back without any fear, while Yu Huan lowered his head, holding his mobile phone in his hand, staring at it intently.
The police arrived very quickly, even before Yu Huan’s phone rang.
The group was taken to the police station. As soon as they entered the lobby, Yu Huan's phone rang.
Looking at the familiar note above, her eyes became hot and she lost her previous calmness. A feeling of grievance instantly hit her heart.
When she answered the phone, before she could say anything, she heard the voice she had missed for a long time.
"Where are you now?"
She bit her lip and whispered, "I'm at the XX Road Police Station."
"Okay, don't be afraid, I'll be right there."
"Um."
After hanging up the phone, she looked up and met Meng Tan's mocking eyes, as if he was laughing at her useless efforts.
Yu Huan turned away and ignored him.
"Tell me, what's going on with you?" the policeman asked several people.
Gao Li spoke first: "This man sexually harassed my sister. He approached her at the bar. She hid, but he followed her and even tried to drag her away on the street!"
After hearing this, the police officer turned to look at Meng Tan and asked, "Is what she said true?"
Meng Tan sneered, "Do I look like someone so hungry that he'd eat anything? You guys are really good at confusing right and wrong. Why didn't you tell me about that slap she gave me?"
Gao Li raised his voice, "If you don't harass her, will she attack you?"

The policeman looked at Yu Huan's face. The little girl looked really well-behaved, with red eyes, which made people feel pity for her.

As he spoke, he nodded at Yu Huan and said, "Tell me first, do you know him?"
Yu Huan was about to speak when there was a noise at the door and a clear male voice was heard.
