For an author, the happiest and most satisfying thing is that I still have the confidence and motivation to create better works, and I can find shortcomings in my writing and think of some good solutions. For example, what I used to be best at was repeated questioning-style outbursts and writing big stories, but Guimi did not adopt a similar writing style. This is partly due to self-restraint, and partly due to the limitations of my own worldview. Emotions that are too explosive are rather discordant. Therefore, I hope that in my next work after Guimi, I can find a good way to combine repeated questioning-style outbursts with calm and objective plain descriptions.

Weird was uploaded in April, and nine months have passed since then. I have written a total of 1.798 million words. Let's round it up to 200,000 words per month, which is not much, but it is stable and long-lasting. I am not a quick-witted author, nor am I younger and more active than I was a few years ago. I need a lot of time to conceive each chapter. I often get stuck when writing two chapters a day and have no time to rest or read. Three chapters is even more difficult. In addition, I am also working out, so I can only add very little.

In this case, I want to ensure the quality first. People gather because the book is good, not the other way around. Before I started writing the book, I talked to some friends about writing a fantasy story with a British flavor. Their reactions were very consistent, that is, it is very difficult to sell the film and television copyright, almost impossible, and it costs a lot of money. I like money, I think everyone doesn't like it, except for a certain Jack Ma, but as an author, I hope to create the story I want to express, because of the good quality, so I can make some money, rather than creating a story that makes money.
