The first part summary and leave

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for their donations and subscriptions since the release of this book. I should have posted a thank you message at the end of June, but as I thought about the fact that the first part is about to be finished and I could write about them together, I waited until today.

As for me, when I was in my thirties, my energy, especially my brain, really declined a lot. When I was writing Arcane, I wrote five chapters a day at most, about fifteen thousand words, just like I was on a shot of chicken blood. But starting from the late period of my first life, I could only write three chapters a day at most. And this was when I was thinking about the plot and writing the story except for sleeping and eating. As a result, I developed abnormal mental states such as anxiety and depression. Fortunately, I adjusted to it in time. When I was writing Martial Arts, my health was getting worse and I was hospitalized for half a month.

Therefore, I can only compromise with my physical and mental condition, writing one chapter in the morning, one chapter in the afternoon, and resting at night to stay healthy. Then I keep two drafts to ensure that I update on time and avoid anxiety. Only when I am in good condition and my thoughts are smooth, will I consider writing three chapters.

Regarding the extra chapters in June, I can honestly say that my life is saved by my saved manuscripts... In the whole month, I wrote three chapters in no more than four days, and the rest were supported by the saved manuscripts. Finally, the saved manuscripts fell to the bottom line of two.

Well, I can only say with a bit of righteousness that we should win by quality...

After the update, here is the summary of the first part. Basically, everything that needs to be expressed has been expressed. The title "Joker" runs through the whole story. Hehe, you can go back and look at the remarks made when the book was put on the shelves. I said that the various structures of this book are my most thoughtful considerations, including the echoes between the beginning and the end. Everyone just wait and see. Well, I think it's acceptable.

For the first part, I adopted a writing method that I had never tried before, which was to write it as a medium-length or short story. The foreshadowing, plot, layout and conception were all considered as a whole. Of course, the foreshadowing of the whole text was definitely left. In short, judging from the current results, the attempt was quite successful and it is cause for celebration.

As for character creation, haha, I won’t say much, lest I get stabbed…

Of course, there are definitely some unsatisfactory aspects. First, when "party", "event", "practice" and "daily life" began to show a cyclical and fixed trend, my writing sense declined, and I believe the reading sense is the same, so I tried to jump the timeline, and after jumping, the initial entry was also a bit awkward, but it gradually improved. Second, after old Neil died, the overall tone suddenly showed its original gloom, and when I cut into the daily life, it felt a bit wrong, so I deleted some of the planned plots and accelerated the progress.

I have ordered six to eight volumes of the secret series. The title of each volume will be the name of a sequence of potions, but it will not necessarily be the "Fortune Teller" route of Little K. It mainly has to be in line with the theme or metaphor of this volume.

Finally, the first part is finished. As usual, I have to take a leave to rest, organize the outline, find the entry point for the second part, and think about the general plot. Well, I will rest for a day and a half, and resume updating the day after tomorrow at noon. Also, I will update some information of "0-08" on the Weixin Public Account later. I will not put it related to the work because I am afraid that new readers will see it, otherwise the first part will lose half of its fun. I will set up a Sealed Object Building in the book review area recently. If you have any ideas about the Sealed Objects, you can post them there. Maybe they will be adopted. Well, try not to copy those of the SCP Foundation.

By the way, please look forward to the second part, “The Faceless Man”.

Also, after self-praising and self-criticizing, shouldn’t everyone give monthly votes to encourage each other?
