Chapter 21 Mr. Jian is just a worker

That afternoon, Jian Ci went to Tanghua Technology.

Along the way, Assistant Li drove the car and explained to her how difficult Zhao Feng, the current general manager of Tanghua Technology, was to deal with.

But Jian Ci kept her head down playing with her phone without saying a word.

This made Assistant Li feel very tired.

Forget it, let him solve Zhao Feng’s problem himself.

When they arrived at the company, they found that the entire company was deserted due to the scandal and there was not even a reception desk.

"Why didn't Tanghua Technology even send anyone to greet us?" Assistant Li couldn't help but frowned.

Obviously, he was somewhat dissatisfied with their attitude.

But Jian Ci didn't care and went straight to the office building.

The offices along the way were sparsely populated, with not many people left.

When I arrived at the general manager's door, I saw a man in his thirties with an unshaven beard and messy hair sitting in the boss chair in the open office, typing on the keyboard intently.

Jian Ci knocked on the door casually a few times.

Zhao Feng frowned, feeling disturbed, but without looking up, he said, "You don't need to tell me if you want to resign. Just go to the HR department."

Then I heard Jian Ci say calmly: "I'm here to take up my post."

At this moment, Zhao Feng finally looked up and asked, "Take office?"

Jian Ci walked straight in and introduced herself briefly, "Jian Ci, sent by headquarters."

But after hearing Jian Ci's name, Zhao Feng asked without thinking: "What is your relationship with Jian Guoxing?"

Assistant Li was about to speak when he heard Jian Ci casually say, "The relationship between a big director and an employee."

Assistant Li almost choked to death on his own saliva, "Ahem..."

What a good worker.

In this world, apart from the eldest daughter of her own family, I guess no one would dare to say that Mr. Jane is just an employee.

If President Jian knew about this, he would probably explode with rage on the spot.

Such an answer made Zhao Feng stunned for a moment.

Big director?

Just her?

Zhao Feng looked around and although he was a little suspicious, he didn't think the matter had much to do with him, so he casually said, "Please do as you please, don't disturb me."

Then he buried his head and started typing on the keyboard again.

Jian Ci was a little surprised when she heard this. "Aren't you afraid that I'll pretend to know everything and drag down the company?"

Unexpectedly, Zhao Feng replied as if it was a matter of course: "The company is not mine, what does it have to do with me?"

Jian Ci raised her eyebrows.

That's true, but...

Jian Ci's eyes fell on the keyboard he kept typing on, and she asked with some amusement, "If that's the case, why are you so sleepless day and night?"

Zhao Feng said seriously, "Although the company is not mine, the software is mine. I will not allow others to disrupt my research and development."

After hearing this, Jian Ci finally understood that this man was a programming fanatic who didn't care about business matters at all.

No wonder the company has fallen to the point where Jian Guoxing wants to give up.

However, what he wanted to give up was just what she could take into her pocket as a stepping stone to advancement.

So she dragged a chair over, sat down, and answered decisively: "I'm not just going through the motions, so tell me, what's going on?"

Zhao Feng paused his fingertips and looked up at her. "Are you really going to solve this?"

Jian Ci nodded, "Yes."

But Zhao Feng shook his head, "You can't solve it."

Jian Ci asked casually, "Why?"

Zhao Feng answered very pertinently: "It can't be done without professionals."

Jian Ci chuckled at his straightforwardness and said, "How do you know if you don't try? Maybe I'm a professional."

Zhao Feng frowned, clearly unconvinced. However, seeing her persistence, he could only reply, "A piece of security software I developed had a vulnerability, and a company employee reported it, claiming it had leaked customer privacy. The news then became a trending topic, leading to a massive loss of customers and putting the company in crisis."

Jian Ci tapped the armrest with her index finger and said thoughtfully, "You mean, there's a traitor in the company?"

Unexpectedly, Zhao Feng nonchalantly replied, "He can't be considered a traitor, because he installed a backdoor in the program and directly modified the customer security section. Therefore, the news appearing online now is all true."

Jian Ci narrowed her eyes and asked, "Can't you close that back door?"

Zhao Feng shook his head. "No, I simply can't find the backdoor."

After hearing this, Jian Ci finally understood.

No wonder it is said to be a hot potato.

It’s really hot.

But she was curious about one thing: "Hacking your backend doesn't count as a traitor?"

Zhao Feng said calmly, "My skills are inferior to others."

"You're quite open-minded." Jian Ci smiled lazily, then cast her eyes on his computer screen and said dangerously, "Unfortunately, the thing I can't tolerate the most is traitors."

At this moment, there was a thin layer of coldness in her eyes.

Zhao Feng on the opposite side frowned, feeling that there was something else behind her words.

Before he could react, Jian Ci said, "Open the data backend and show it to me."

Zhao Feng refused, "You can't understand the code."

Jian Ci raised her eyebrows and smiled, "I find that although you are an interesting person, you have a very poor eye for people."

As he said this, he turned the computer screen towards himself.

Zhao Feng's expression remained serious, and he clearly didn't understand why he had such poor judgment.

But seeing that she had already gotten the hang of it, I had to remind her: "You can look, but don't mess around..."

Before he could finish the word "动", he saw Jian Ci had already started typing on the keyboard.
