"Are you settled into your accommodation?" Bai Qianmo helped tidy up the clothes, and Yin Ling came out of the bathroom with a cane, having changed out of her hospital gown.
"Don't worry, someone has arranged accommodation for me. Speaking of which, you know this person quite well." Yin Ling walked to the bedside and sat down, leaning on her cane.
Bai Qianmo frowned. In China, the only people she and Yin Ling knew at the same time were Gu Jueye, Gu Jingyu, and Qin Jingwen.
"Is it Jingwen?"
"No, the furniture in Jingwen's apartment was smashed and it's being renovated. Gu Jueye arranged the place for me to stay."
Gu Jueye?
"I've always wanted to ask you, how did you and Gu Jueye meet?"
Yin Ling's dark eyes darted around, and she pursed her lips: "Well, it's hard to say for now. If you want to know, just ask him. Given your relationship, whatever you ask him to do, he'll obediently do as you say."
Bai Qianmo coughed lightly, then slightly bent her right finger and placed it to her lips.
"You get ready first, I'm going to see a friend."
"You have friends in the hospital? I mean, my dear junior sister, your senior sister has a limp, how can you leave me to pack my things alone?" Yin Ling said with a mournful expression.
Just then, Gu Jingyu walked in, with a stethoscope around his neck, as if he had just finished his rounds.
Bai Qianmo's eyes crinkled with a playful smile: "The person who helped you pack your things is here."
As Gu Jingyu entered, Yin Ling's face immediately darkened.
"I don't need him to help me clean up."
Gu Jingyu pursed his lips, looking at Yin Ling with a half-smile: "That's right, Miss Yin is self-reliant, she doesn't need me at all."
Seeing this pair of sworn enemies, Bai Qianmo's eyes were clear and bright. Sooner or later, they might end up in the same bed after arguing so much.
"By the way, which ward is Aunt Zhang's grandson in?"
"The child is recovering very well in room 904 upstairs."
"I'll go take a look. I'll leave things here to you."
"Don't worry." Gu Jingyu smiled and glanced at the Yin Spirit.
Immediately, two cold beams of light shot out from the Yin spirit.
"Qianmo, you'd better come over quickly, I don't want to see certain people for even a second longer." Yinling stared at Bai Qianmo with a wronged expression.
Bai Qianmo smiled and agreed, then left the ward.
Arriving at the door of Zhang's grandson's ward, one could vaguely see people inside through the doors and windows.
Bai Qianmo, carrying the gifts she had bought in advance, raised her hand and knocked on the door.
Footsteps came from inside, and it was Aunt Zhang who opened the door. She was overjoyed to see Bai Qianmo.
"Miss Qianmo, what brings you here?"
"I've come to see the children." Bai Qianmo handed the fruit to Aunt Zhang.
"Miss Qianmo, we are very happy that you could come. Why did you bring anything?"
"For children."
Knowing that Bai Qianmo was not a talkative person, Aunt Zhang smiled and reached out to accept the gift.
There was also a young, unassuming woman in the room. When she saw Bai Qianmo, she stood there somewhat awkwardly.
"Yunmei, come here quickly. This is Ms. Qianmo, whom I mentioned to you. If it weren't for Ms. Qianmo helping to contact her friends at the Second Hospital, our Xiaobao wouldn't have been able to stay in such a good ward, let alone be treated by top experts in the country."
The woman named Yunmei immediately stepped forward excitedly, her eyes reddening, and made as if to kneel down.

Feeling a pair of large, clear eyes curiously watching her, Bai Qianmo looked towards the hospital bed. A small, delicately shaped boy sat on the bed, wearing a blue and white striped hospital gown. The gown was a bit too big, making him appear even smaller.
"Xiao Bao, quickly call her sister."
The little baby blinked her big eyes, her chubby, pink face looked so cute that you just wanted to take a bite.
Bai Qianmo walked to the bedside and handed him the gift she had bought: "Do you like it?"
The baby blinked, and his previously serious face instantly brightened.
Wow, an excavator!
Children's world is so simple; seeing toys can make them happy all day long.
In no time, Xiao Bao and Bai Qianmo became familiar with each other, and Xiao Bao kept calling Bai Qianmo "sister".
"Sister, eat strawberries."
"Sister, have some cake."
"Sister, let's play with the excavator together."
"Sister is so beautiful, I want to marry her someday."
Bai Qianmo was amused by Xiao Bao and laughed for a while.
The person standing outside the ward door, upon hearing Xiao Bao's last words, narrowed his usually calm eyes.
Sensing a cold aura around him, Gu Jingyu glanced at his seventh uncle and said, "He's still just a child..."
Gu Jueye lowered his eyes and said seriously, "Rivals in love are not limited by age."
Gu Jingyu: "..."
So, you're even jealous of a toddler who's not even three years old?

Through the doors and windows, Gu Jueye gazed longingly at the girl's radiant smile, unwilling to interrupt this beautiful moment.
Bai Qianmo felt as if someone was watching her, and subconsciously looked towards the door, where she saw Gu Jueye and his nephew Gu Jingyu standing outside.
She ruffled Xiao Bao's hair, jumped off the bed, and ran to the door. Opening it, she looked up with a beaming smile: "Why are you here?"
Seeing Bai Qianmo run over, Gu Jueye's originally dark eyes instantly transformed into a pool of tender affection, his eyes shimmering like crushed starlight.
