Chapter 209 Indistinguishable Between Male and Female!!

The boy pushed open the door to audition room number two.

The three judges and several actors who were acting with him all looked at him at the same time.

When the female teacher sitting in the center saw the boy, a bright light flashed in her eyes.

"Excuse me, you've come to the wrong room. This is the audition room for the second female lead," said the male teacher who had initially opposed Bai Qianmo.

The young man raised his handsome eyebrows slightly, glanced at the other person out of the corner of his eye with his narrow eyes, and sat down in front of the chair where he had left his script without stopping.

Near the window, the soft light bathed him, making his delicate profile appear even more striking.

Her porcelain-white skin was as delicate and smooth as the finest brocade, with soft downy hairs faintly visible through the gaps in the halo, tinged with a translucent pinkish hue.

He sat there quietly, a striking sight to behold.

The male teacher frowned unhappily, suppressing his anger as he snapped, "Hey, didn't you hear what I said? This is the audition room for the second female lead. You've come to the wrong room. We have many other contestants to perform. Please leave immediately."

The boy slightly lifted his eyelids and looked at the other person with narrowed eyes.

"Teacher, I'm here to audition for the second female lead." His voice was gentle and warm, like a ray of sunshine, and as melodious as jade beads falling to the ground.

The male teacher's hand holding the pen suddenly paused, his rough, textured fingers trembled, and he stared at the boy's face in astonishment.

He opened his mouth, but his throat felt like it was stuffed with cotton, weak and powerless, and he couldn't bring himself to call out that person's name.

The female teacher stood up in surprise: "You are... Bai Qianmo?"

Her loud voice revealed her astonishment at that moment.

The boy smiled slightly, put the script aside, and slowly stood up, saying to the female teacher, "Teacher, I'm ready."

The voice returned to a female tone, and the female teacher exclaimed repeatedly, "My God, is it really you?"

She gave Bai Qianmo a chance because she was attracted by that wicked smile; in fact, she didn't have high hopes for her male disguise.

The pure-looking boy standing before me had no trace of girlish charm. Even his gestures and every smile resembled those of a boy going through a period of innocent rebellion.

What was originally considered delicate features became even more striking and refined after being sculpted by the makeup artist.

Bai Qianmo curled her lips into a smile, a nonchalant air about her, without a trace of nervousness or timidity on her face.

He raised an eyebrow and winked at the female teacher: "May I begin?"

The female teacher was overjoyed by the raised eyebrow and completely forgot that the bright young man in front of her was actually a girl.

"Okay, let's begin." The female teacher sat back down in her seat, staring at Bai Qianmo with anticipation.

The actors who will be acting with me are also ready.

A staff member nearby shouted, "Start!"

Jiang Jiu skipped class to drink at a bar until late at night. After leaving, he squinted and glanced at the crescent moon with his head slightly raised.

A cool smile tugged at his pink lips. He hated the night the most because his house was like an empty city, devoid of any human presence.

She didn't want to go home, so she spent her days hiding in the busiest and most lively places in the city, like a wandering soul, yearning for the vitality of the human world.

Jiang Jiu casually draped his clean school uniform jacket over his shoulder, turned around, and turned into a dimly lit alley.

The alley is lined with old residential areas, with various sizes of paper advertisements faintly pasted on the walls. The blue bricks paving the ground are slightly wet, indicating that it has just rained and the ground is slippery, so you might slip and fall if you are not careful.

There were only three rusty blue-shaded lamps along the entire alley, making the narrow alley seem even more cramped.

Suddenly, a group of people rushed in from the end of the alley ahead. One of the slender figures was shoved against the wall by several men, and then a barrage of punches rained down on him.

"You brat, you think we can't find you just because you transferred schools? Heh, as long as you're still in Bincheng, we have plenty of ways to find you."

The beaten boy curled up on the ground, his thin body clutching his schoolbag tightly, silent and showing no intention of begging for mercy.

One of the tall men, with a cigarette between his fingers, took a puff, then stomped his foot on the man's head, grinding it back and forth: "Don't waste my time, where's the money? Give it to me right now."

The boy curled up, his body trembling slightly from tension. After a moment of silence, a voice with a heavy nasal tone slowly rang out: "I won't give you any money, not a single penny."

"You brat, do you want to die?" The tall, thin man smoking got angry and kicked him hard on the head.

The boy on the ground was breathing rapidly and coughing violently.

It was unclear whether it was crying or laughing, but it emitted a low, worn-out gurgling sound.

It seemed that anger, hatred, and resentment at being humiliated erupted completely at this moment.

He yelled "Ah!" and scrambled to his feet, lunging at the smoking man and smashing his backpack into the man's face.

"hiss"

The heavy books in the schoolbag slammed down, and the smoking man groaned in pain before kicking the boy hard in the stomach.

His henchmen surrounded him, and another round of punches and kicks ensued.

Jiang Jiu walked to the end of the alley. He originally didn't want to meddle in other people's business, but when he saw that the boy was wearing his school uniform, his cold and sinister eyes flickered slightly.

"Tsk tsk, ganging up on the few." He leaned against the wall, arms crossed, in a mockingly lazy posture.

"You brat, are you bored out of your mind? If you don't want to die, get the hell out of my way." The man smoking rubbed his stinging face and glared angrily at Jiang Jiu.
