Old Bai took out his reading glasses, put them on, and took the phone to look at it carefully for a while. The more he looked, the worse his complexion became.

The old man's voice was loud and clear, with a hint of anger.
When the other guests heard what the old man said, they all looked over in this direction.
Han Songyan and Bai Xiruo had just arrived when they heard what Elder Bai said.

Startled, Han Songyan hurried to Bai Lao's side, suppressing her panic and forcing a stiff smile.
"Dad, I wish you a long and healthy life. This is a gift your daughter-in-law prepared for you. Do you like it?"
Old Bai glanced at Han Songyan with a cold expression and said indifferently, "Put it aside."
Seeing that Elder Bai hadn't even glanced at the gift she had prepared, Han Songyan's smile began to falter.

When facing Bai Xiruo, Elder Bai's coldness lessened somewhat.
