Bai Qianmo continued walking and found several more trees of the same species, all with similar resin on their trunks. Before long, Bai Qianmo had found quite a few similar things.
After collecting some plant glue, Bai Qianmo seemed to have discovered something else and quickly walked over.
She then squatted down and began to dig at the roots of a small tree with the knife in her hand. The photographer next to her silently filmed and recorded her entire process of searching for food.
Bai Qianmo found three identical small trees in a row. She deftly dug out the roots, cut the roots into pieces, and put them into her bamboo basket, which was now full of food.

Then they went to Wu Youxuan's bamboo basket. Wu Youxuan's food was much more varied than Chen Feifei's. The guide picked through the food in the basket for a while and divided it into two categories.
Finally, when they reached Bai Qianmo's basket, the guide's eyes lit up. He smiled at Bai Qianmo and said in broken Mandarin, "Did you find this?"
"Yes!" Bai Qianmo nodded.
