Gu Jueye escorted Bai Qianmo back to the Bai family home.
A white car was still parked outside the Bai family's gate.
Beside the car, a man and a woman stood facing each other, seemingly talking about something.
The blinding headlights caught the attention of the couple.
Bai Qianmo looked at the couple, her eyes slightly darkening.
Gu Jueye glanced indifferently at the man and woman outside the car, his expression calm.
"Would you like me to take you home?"
In the past two days, he investigated her situation.
The result surprised him.
"No need, your Buddha statue is too big, I'm afraid it will startle them," Bai Qianmo joked.

After saying that, he walked around the two of them and prepared to go inside.
"Miss Qianmo, wait a moment." Li Yushu turned around and followed her.
"What's up?" Bai Qianmo turned to look at him.
Meeting those indifferent eyes, Li Yushu felt a slight nervousness.
After calming himself down, he smiled gently and said, "I haven't apologized to you in person for what happened last time. I brought you a gift this time to express my apology. Please wait for me."
After saying that, Li Yushu turned around and walked back to the front of the car, taking out an exquisite rectangular wooden box from the passenger seat.
He originally intended to give it to her privately, but because it came suddenly and Bai Qianmo happened to be away from home, he didn't mention it to Han Songyan and Bai Xiruo.
He walked up to Bai Qianmo and slowly opened the wooden box: "Last time I saw you seemed to really like jade, I hope you'll like this little trinket."
