The woman, worried that she might beat the old man to death, ordered her men to stop.
Then, she squatted down to examine the injuries on Bai Lao's face; there were bruises on his lips, eyes, and cheeks.
With a satisfied smile, the woman picked up her phone from the ground and snapped a few photos.
He then sent the photo out.

Bai Qianmo's phone beeped twice.
The room was silent, and everyone was looking at her.
Bai Qianmo opened her phone and saw that it was an MMS message, which she immediately accepted.
When Bai Qianmo saw the photo of Bai Lao after he had been beaten, her expression changed slightly.
The Bai brothers, Yitang and Luoyu, came over, and after seeing the photo, the two grown men's eyes turned red.
"These damned beasts, they even beat up old people."
Bai Yitang clenched his fists and gritted his teeth: "I'm going to kill these beasts!"
Bai Qianmo dialed back the phone number that sent the MMS message.
The phone rang twice before I answered it.
A woman's eerie laughter came from the other end of the phone.
"Hehe, Bai Qianmo, what are your thoughts on seeing your grandfather's photo?"
"Speak, what is your purpose?" Bai Qianmo remained expressionless, and her tone showed no anger whatsoever.
It was as calm as talking about the weather.
The other party seemed slightly surprised. She thought that Bai Qianmo would call and immediately start by angrily berating her.
The result surprised her.
"I want that jade pendant."
“Okay, the transaction location!” Bai Qianmo agreed without hesitation.
"Hehe, Bai Qianmo, you may be cunning, but your own grandfather is in my hands now. You'd better hand over the jade pendant obediently, or I guarantee you'll never see your loving grandfather again!"
He chuckled ominously a few times, then hung up the phone.
