The car was driving on the road
Bai Qianmo remained silent for a while, then glanced sideways at the man beside her.
"My lord, it seems that Grandpa Gu and Grandma Gu have misunderstood something."

Bai Qianmo took out her phone and glanced at it. Seeing that it was Director Cui calling, she immediately answered the call.
"Hey, Director Cui."
Cui Jinsheng's voice came through immediately. He seemed to be in a photography studio. There was intermittent, noisy conversation on the other end of the phone.
"Qianmo, are you free now?"
Bai Qianmo guessed that Cui Jinsheng was calling at this time because of the fact that the role had been replaced.

Gu Jueye glanced at her indifferently: "Not going home?"
The car was quiet. He had vaguely overheard some of what the little girl was saying on the phone.
Bai Qianmo nodded: "The director of the crew just called me and said that I need to go to the crew now because there is a night scene to shoot."
"Where's the address? I'll take you there directly."
"It takes two hours to get there from Pingshan, but I can just take a taxi myself."
Gu Jueye paused for a moment, then raised his wrist to check the time.
"I'll take you there."
"No need..." Bai Qianmo didn't want to waste his time.
Gu Jueye glanced at her indifferently.
“Pingshan is outside the city, and you have to drive along a winding mountain road. Besides, it’s getting late. I’m worried about you going there alone by car.”
Bai Qianmo pursed her lips, the words she wanted to say stuck in her throat when she met those deep eyes.
"Then I'll have to trouble you."
"No trouble at all!"
Staring at those deep eyes, my cheeks felt a little hot, so I simply looked away and pretended to look at the scenery outside the car.

One of the actresses said mysteriously.
"Have you heard? One of our actresses seems to have offended a big shot in the industry and is being suppressed by him. The role she worked so hard to get has gone down the drain."
