The henchman stopped in his tracks. Even with the hood on, Nanxing could sense that the man was very unhappy.
The henchman pointed at Nanxing, who was huddled in the corner, and said with a hint of a smile, "Behave yourself! I have a bad temper."
After saying that, the henchman turned and left first.
The other person gave Nanxing a deep look, then turned and left.
Nanxing didn't have time to think too much; all she wanted was to live. So she scrambled over, picked up the bowl of rice, and frantically shoveled it into her mouth.
