Qin Luo felt a sudden jolt, recalling how he had been so engrossed in the pleasures of love when he left that he had truly forgotten about Su Yaoyue.

The sword is long and slender, resembling a pool of autumn water that exudes a deep blue light. The patterns engraved on the sword ripple outwards like waves, conveying an aura of extreme sharpness.
Qin Luo calmly presented the sword to Huang Lu with both hands.
"I'm aware of what's going on with Yaoyue, and I'll handle it properly later. We've been apart for two years, so I can still weigh what's more important."

Looking at the shimmering sword before her, Huang Lu was filled with surprise and emotion.
To her surprise, when Qin Luo returned after a long separation, he still remembered to prepare a gift for her. This thoughtfulness warmed her heart.

The courtyard gate was half-closed, exuding a sense of tranquility.
Qin Luo raised his hand, his fingertips tracing the half-closed door, hesitated for a moment, and then pushed the door open with force.
The door appeared slightly ajar, but it held firmly in place under the push, remaining completely still. Qin Luo was startled, a sudden realization flashing through his mind. He sighed helplessly and softly called out:
"Yaoyue?"
A few breaths later, a clear but angry voice came from inside the room:
"She's not here, so please go back, Junior Brother Qin Luo, who's always so busy."
Upon hearing this, Qin Luo's lips twitched. Had they lost their minds in anger and abandoned all logic?
Inside the room, Su Yaoyue leaned against the door, biting her lower lip so hard it almost bled.
At this moment, she was filled with grievances, and her thoughts involuntarily drifted back to that difficult time.
After their heartfelt confession under the moon, days passed, but Qin Luo never appeared. Every morning, she would stand at the gate of the courtyard, gazing anxiously into the distance, but even as night deepened, the person she longed for never came.
She thought he had something urgent to attend to, but when she finally mustered up the courage to put aside her reserve and go to find him, she was told that he had already left without even leaving a word.
